Weekly Squadron Report #18 - 04/16/05
Its that time again!
Sorry I'm a bit behind with my reports this month. Been under some heavy deadlines at work
for our eCommerce projects and been busy in the extreme.
Anyhow, on to the news. We have the honor of having yet another new pilot in less than a month!
Please welcome SL Fratus Sinister to the team. He is presently taking up Crusader 2-3, however,
that is not relevant, as well will soon be running an event to determine where our pilots rank,
in terms of Flight Leaders, and Flight Members.
More details to come.
In the meantime, CPT Keiran Laserlight has been sent off to Reserves.
IMPORTANT NEW ORDERS:
Effective immediately, all Crusader pilots are required to download, install, and use
XFIRE (www.xfire.com). This has been discussed with the chain of command, and thus I
have chosen to implement this.
Once you download Xfire, add me to your list, my user ID is "tehxr" without the quotes.
Pilots who fail to comply before the end of the month will be disciplined for failuire to
obey orders.
The Benefit of Xfire:
Xfire allows you and your squadmates to communicate in and out of game. It also will show
you what game your squadmate is playing, and what server he or she is playing on, as well
as what TeamSpeak server they are using.
This would be a positive enhancement for team building.
Also of note, I now have a new email address. New addy is cmdr.hex@gmail.com. Please
update your records.
