Good evening pilots, esteemed WC, COM, and BGCOM:

Below is the weekly squadron report. Therein includes the individual pilot activity, SSO, and news. Like always, if there are any comments, questions, or concerns, they need to be brought up thru the chain of command. The chain is as follows:

FM Joe Snuffy takes his problems to his FL.
Snuffy's FL then takes them to me.
If it requires it, I take them to WC LC Khaen.
From there it is out of my hands.

I have it set up that way for a reason. Major Screed is the Squadron's XO, but that only kicks in during my absense. Otherwise he is Flight III's FL, and is to be given such respect. Now, in terms of which FL is more 'senior', it really does not matter, though technically Major Screed is the 2nd Highest officer in Rage, which is why he is also the XO.

News

The BGCOM's CJ is coming to an end. Ive just sent my application in, I expect you all to as well. There are medals to be won. Lets put Butcher to shame and win the majority. No new news from the WC. Remember to recruit and be active. Ive seen very little from my pilots this week, so I will assume its your RnR, but next week, please, get to it. Even if its a couple missions a week, that is good. Always report in, or be active.. this will begin to take the toll on you pilots.

SSOs

Remember BSF requirements. 1) Submit them how I want!!! XVT-TC-23.PLT Nothing less. If you want to attach your pin, feel free. Also, if you fly unlimited waves (!) besure to write down your scores. Also, if you fly multiple unlimited wave missions, making me have to manually submit them (!!!) your missions will not be submitted in a timely manner, fair warning. Don't be lame -- unlimited waves is stupid, be a real pilot. Reporting in has become a SSO. If you do not report in or do some sort of activity which I can see, then in 1 months time I will AWOL you. Id rather Rage be 3 active than 12 inactive.

I am proud of Rage. It's come up a long ways. If you have noticed I have finally been awarded the TCS title :D I want all pilots to work towards bettering themselves and Rage.

1) The Rage Website : I am working on that NOW, and have been for a couple days. I am also doing the graphics for it. If any of you have anything you'd like to have on the site, articles, etc... let me know. If you are well versed in HTML and graphics, HELP, medals await those who help me put this thing together (I mean HELP, not just give a little assistance.)
