Cobra Squadron Report #14
CMDR/CPT Blade/Cobra/Wing XIV/ISD Intrepid

Blade once again walked down the hall towards the briefing room. He knew his pilots were sitting waiting, they always were. This week he had some good news and some bad, but the squadron would be happy with it. He looked once again at his notes, rechecking to make sure he had all his data straight. On his way he stopped by the squad bay and gathered up the newest member of Cobra Squadron, SL Willie. Willie was very new to the squadron.
“Heya Willie. Come with me to the briefing room, it’s time for my weekly report on the squadron,” Blade led Willie into the room as Kettch called the squadron to attention.
“As you were Cobras. I have a few things to get thru then you can go on to flying your assignments,” Blade made sure the pilots were comfortable and then turned down the lights. He activated the overhead projector… suddenly some sort of Twilek Porn film began playing. Blade slapped the controls and looked over at Nova.
Nova got a ‘Who me?’ look on his face and Blade only shrugged. If his pilots didn’t have fun then he would worry about them.
“Ok, lets try this again,” Blade began his briefing…

Commanders Rant…
First off I want to say welcome to 2 new pilots of Cobra, one old and one new. First, SL Willie, the newest Cobra member; He just came onboard yesterday so show him a good old fashioned Cobra Welcome ok? The second is Major Kyle, a former Cobra who has returned from the reserves. He was a former Cobra CMDR and an all around good guy to boot :) Now on to the bad news; with two coming in, we also have one going out. SL Vulkrith has been declared an awol and will be taken off the roster very soon. Now on to the rest of the news and stuff. Recruiting is still a priority, we have 6 now but I would love to see the squadron grow to 12. I know we could do it, if you bring in a new member you also get a Medal of Instruction if you recruit him/her.

Sov Squdron League starts very soon…Are we ready to try it? I am going to enter Cobra in it so be ready.
Relentless COM resigns due to RL Military duty, good luck and godspeed Autoris.
WING VIII Wing Commander job open… Khadger becomes COM after Sarin steps down due to RL military duty.
March Madness results in, ASF beat the ATF 239 to 131. Congrats to all pilots who flew in the comp.
Vanguard COM promoted, congrats to Vice Adm Sickman
EH Placed 3rd in XVT WOW… I got 4 wins out of 14 games. Good show to all who flew
XWA WOW is almost over; LCM noWedge looks to be taking 1st place

Final thoughts-
Well it was a pretty good week for the squadron. I am very pleased to welcome out two newest members. I know that we can go on to great things and hopefully show the rest how to be great. I remember when I first joined Cobra squadron, I never thought I would be CMDR. I was happy being just a flight member, but when I got the chance to command this great crew, I knew that all my work to get here was worth it. I know that I am getting kind of sentimental, but it is my honor and my privilege to serve with you all. Thank you…
