Praetorian Squadron Report #2, 4-04-2003


SQUADRON NEWS





· Some bad news to start off with, CPT Obivader has decided to resign from all his EH positions. A long term member of Praetorian, Obi will be sorely missed & extremely hard to replace. We wish him well in all his future endevours!



· The first round of the Sovereign Squadron League has ended. We have done extremely well, starting off with gaining 4th Place in the TIE Division. In addition, LC Andrzej Mezynski was the top-scoring TIE pilot, and earned a IS-GW for his efforts!



· The 2nd round of the Sovereign Squadron League is now on! The assigned missions are TIE-FREE 216, XvT-FREE 125 & XWA-FREE 94. Again, main priority is to fly the TIE mission, then the Xvt & XWA missions if you have time. Entries have to be submitted by the 11th April, so make sure you get your files to me before then.



· The flying competition I had planned is on hold indefinetly due to my recent computer problems, however MAJ Shae Kitane will commence Praetorian Quiz # 4 on Monday 7th March, so keep an eye out for it :P

2. Fly battles and FREE missions to strengthen our citations.

3. Keep an eye out for pilots that you think would be suitable Praetorian material. Lets do our best to get the squadron up to full strength.

As pointed out by CPT Obivader earlier in the week, the TAC office has implemented a new system of naming pilot files. the new format is:

BattleID-Battle #(if lower than 100, then add 0s)-PIN-Nickname

e.g. TIE-TC 001 - 503 Phennir.tfr

Any pilot files sent to me not using this format will not be able to be submitted, so keep it in mind :P
