VIPER SQUADRON REPORT #2- CM JUSTIN

Squadron News:

- I have started Viper Citations comp, it started on the 31st of March, and ends on the 30th of April. If anyone has ideas for other comps, let me know, the more comps, the better.  :-)

- FLY the Intrepid Back to Basics comp! There arent too many flying, It is EASY activity! There are also other comps going on right now! I want every person in this squadron to do atleast 1 comp a week. (not includein the Viper Cit comp :P)

- Tiss has a new email addy, moonelf@op.pl

- About MP activity, I know I havnt flown MP in a few weeks, but we all should fly MP sometime. I need to know if some of you can or cant fly MP, so i know who i can yell at and who i can't. :P I'll start to pick back up once my cold is gone...

- We need more pilots, Skull and Timbal have offered to do some recruiting! What about the rest of you!

Miscellaneous Information On the 31st, i will send out a list of battles needed to be completed for citations. Battles that need 1 person to fly= 1 point, 2 people to fly= 2 points, 3 people to fly =3 point. Even if people fly the battle, the amounts for points is locked in, so if someone flys a battle that needs 1 person, and we get the Cit, it can still be flown to make it even.

Challenge COM Open To Applications

Following Mairin's removal from command applications are now being accepted for a new ISD Challenge COM. Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:

- A successful tour as Squadron Commander & Wing Commander (in the TIE Corps) for no less than FOUR consecutive months for each position
- Intimate familiarity with all TC protocols and procedures
- No HCI convictions within the last two years
- Commitment to carry out the Commodore duties as detailed in the Training Manual
- You must also be able to look at long term plans for the Ship and the welfare of not only your Ship but also the Battlegroup and TIE Corps.

Applicants must have a quick email response time as well as being able to work with all levels of command, from regular Flight Members to the the Ship WC. Specific skills such as webpage design etc, are desirable. Applications should be sent to High Admiral Priyum and Vice Admiral Krax. The closing date for applications is 5th April and should have the subject "ChalCOM".

There are currently three (3) vacancies in the Training Office, all posts as a Professor. There are many lucrative benefits to serving as a the Professor of a Course, but any potential applicants should be aware of the responsibilities that accompany the position, these include (but are not limited to):
Keeping accurate Graduate Counts (total and per month).
Maintaining/updating the Course Notes.
Grading Course Tests promptly. JavaScript (JS) Professor Open for Applications Following the resignation of Commander Alex Foley from the position of JS Professor, the position is now open for applications. The requirements are:
An active member of the Emperor’s Hammer.
Holding at least the rank of Lieutenant (or equivalent).
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
