Squadron
News:
Let's welcome yet another pilot to our
ever-increasing Squadron! CM Deimos has joined Vampire! His SP XWA skills are
next to supernatural. If you have questions about how to get better scores in
XWA, my suggestion is to ask him ;) Let's congratulate MAJ Bobxavi on his
appointment as CMDR of Ghost, and MAJ Darkhawk as CMDR of Falcon Squadron! They
are both excellent pilots, and will make the Immortal proud!
Other
News:
There were recently some problems with
the TC database regarding a few BSF's. Please be patient while this is sorted
out. An "anonymous" email was sent out regarding the escape of our three new
primate mascots. Be on the lookout! Rumors say they're plotting to take over the
ship. If these little buggers get out of hand, we'll sic Mosh's Gundark on 'em!
Note to Mosh: Just in case we need him, you might wanna put him on a "diet" to
make him a tad more hungry ;)

Status/Orders:
Still waiting on the results of the
XWA SP Ladder results. This is mostly due to that BSF problem
with the database i mentioned earlier.
Name the Mascots! comp is still running(as far
as I know). Just come up with 3 funky names for our new Mascot Monkeys, and send
them to RW.
Vampire vs. Hammer Squadron! That's right! I've
set up a small comp with Hammer Squadron. It begins on Monday the 10th, and runs
till Thursday the 20th of March! The assigned mission is: XWA-F94! After this
has been BSF'ed, please submit a review of it :) So far, i've gotten submissions
from: Kane and Deimos...the rest of you get on this one...you got one week
:)

03/03: You have one week (until the
21st) to fly Free-XWA
93 Scores will be based as a percentage of the high score of
3888
Also you can boost your squadron's percentage by
10% if half your squad writes a report on the Free mission and rates it on
the
mission compendium.(I'm assuming this is a short,
fictional "debreifing" of the mission itself. Probably four or five paragraphs
on what *you* did to complete the mission...but we need HALF of the squadron to
do this, which means at least 4 entries. For those of you who WILL write a
report, let me know). The extra 10% couldn't hurt :)
