SQUADRON NEWS
  • Well, a decent week I suppose, given previous ones.  Not the explosion of activity I was hoping for, but I'm confident you guys won't let me down.  Apparently I spoke too soon about me being able to fly a lot.  Shortly after doing last week's WSR I went to fly a battle and noticed that my joystick no longer functioned.  It took me several days to get a replacement.  No matter though; this week I will be flying quite a bit if I have anything to say about it.
  • Next order of business:  Welcome Sub-Lieutenant Draiff Stryker to the squadron!  Draiff just happens to be my brother and has been watching me blow up Rebel scum since he was three years old.  Make sure to stop by the message board and give him a warm welcome!
  • Vanguard Flight Wars begins soon.  More details next week.  In the mean time feel free to view the competition details and tournament bracket.
  • The Official Hornet flight suit patch has been approved.  Go here to see how good it looks!  Go here to get Tempest's Tailoring Tool, an automated uniform creation program, to make your own flightsuit or other OPS-approved uniform.
  • The run-on is still going on of course, and is getting exciting.  Read and/or add to it today!
  • Those of you who have not contacted me in over a month please do so!  If you are unable to do anything at this time that's fine but please contact me or you risk removal from the database.

  • Greetings once again lady and gentlemen. I want to apologize to all of you for my lack of activity this last week. Especially since I preached on getting our activity back up. I will be doing some more flying and getting ready for Flilght Wars, but not until Monday. I will be on leave from tomorrow till Monday. Taking a trip down to the Big Easy.  Last but certainly not least, I want to welcome Draiff Stryker to our happy home. Well that's all I have so until next time...LONG LIVE HORNET!!!
