SADHE SQUADRON REPORT
Captain Aeolus reporting in for Sadhe Squadron on April.21, 2003,
Many things have happened since the last report, perhaps you may have noticed but I have finally gotten my name changed back to Aeolus. I finally feel at home with the Emperor's Hammer once again. The name change makes me feel accepted again and will finally let me grief upon my own crimes of the past. They say news comes in pairs, good and bad, and with the moving forward of my name, our own Wing Commander, Colonel Frodo has resigned. The Wing is left without a Commander, and you have all probably seen the messages moving throughout the egroup. Every word of it is true, Frodo truly was a great leader. However Sadhe Squadron must go on, and I bring you this most glorious of reports, to you my beloved and great pilots whom I respect so dearly...
In Fleet News:
- The TIE Corps meeting of a weeks past brought in over 100 members, there are weekly meetings held every week in #tiecorps at 9PM GMT / 4PM EST. Afterwards there is great fiction that could win you a medal. I encourage you to attend.
- The TAC Office is at it again, and has released some new missions and battles this week: TIE-TC #205-207, TIE-FREE #218-220, XvT-TC #65-67, XvT-CAB #2, XWA-DB #4
- Two Wing Commanders have resigned this week, Lieutenant Colonel Tissaya Argat and Colonel Frodo March. One from our very own Wing V.
- That is it for fleet news, hopefully we have happier announcements next week. Like medals or promotions or something.
In Squadron News and Activities:
- I have definitly been set back by the lack of Frodo, his activities kept the wing going. Without him the is definitly a lack of activity.
- Still no Squadron Webpage. There will be medals involved for anyone wishing to take this task on.
- If you want to show off your skills, the best way to do this is Multiplayer flying! #ehcoc on undernet is the location to be for all multiplayer events using XWA and XvT!
- Zacharias has quickly elevated in FCHG rank over the past weeks. Our squad may be small, but elite!
- Curiousness has hit me, about our mottos, BubbaX created them so they are legendary, but what do all of you think? Email me with your ideas.
- The Squadron is flying high! Be prepared for some flying!
In Roster Changes:
- Zexipher Van Taelyan (that used to be me) has changed his name (finally) to Aeolus (like it should be)
In Wing News and Activities:
- Take some IWATS tests. Catch up on your JavaScript skeelz for a webpage perhaps? With me as the new JavaScript professor I would be glad to grade them for you in a prompt fasion! I noticed nobody took this last week.
- Wing still wants you to fly as many missions as you can, because FCHG points are never a bad thing, and neither are medals!
- There is of course the ongoing pilot of the month competition for those who don't know about it! Look to the Wing report to find out who this weeks pilot of the month will be!
- Come to the weekly Wing V meetings in #airlock21 on the Undernet! Trivia afterwards means medals for you!
- I am not sure about this FCHG race, but as far as I know Zacharias should have won. We will see with the coming of a new Wing Commander in the future. For now lets sit tight and everyone who hasn't done so try and fly TC-XWA #3. With the mission compendium back up this should be easy.
