Squadron News

Greetings Crusader Squadron! My name is Vladet Xavier. In case you haven't read (or recieved) my opening e-mail address to the squad, I am your new Commanding Officer! I hope to have a good term with you guys, and make Crusader Squad as good as any other squad in the fleet!

On another note, while replying to my opening address, LCM Artur Knight has sent me his request to transfer to the reserves, citing RL issues and lack of motivation. Sorry to see you go Artur, and hopefully you'll return some day.

Further on that point, I hereby am promoting LCM Keiran Laserlight to the Flight Leader spot of Two Flight. I know from experience Keiran is an insanly active pilot, and should do well in that spot. You'll be promoted when I figure out how to do it, Keiran :P

On yet another note, my WSR is reflecting CM Joey C's of Asp Squadron very greatly. I thank him for allowing me to use it (being fellow Monks is a good thing sometimes :P).

Ship News

LC Thorn, former CMDR of this squadron has left us, and has been promoted to Wing Commander (WC) of Wing III aboard the EH Flagship, the SSSD Sovereign. Best of luck Thorn!

Final Thoughts

We're losing a member, but gaining me. So I guess squadron strength stays the same. LC Thorn has assured me he will be taking care of the May MSE, so that gives me more time to prepare.

I don't ask for a lot, people. Just that you do something that helps the Squadron and/or Wing. A FREE mission if you have time to spare, or a battle, or fly a MP match or two. They're really fun, and hanging out in #ehcoc is a blast.

Speaking of IRC channels, if you do not have mIRC, download it now! Talk to others in the Wing, make some new friends! I, as with many, many others, would not have been in the TIE Corps this long if it wasn't for that. Pick it up at Download.com. You won't regret it.

Also, future WSRs won't be this long. Just had to get a few things through. Thanks for your attention and may the force be with you!
