-The next round of Top Gun/Squadron Rankings has been announced...battle to fly is TIE-FREE# 188 and is due April 30th.

-Wing VIII Battle Readiness Comp:

First place in each section is worth three points (and a IS-SR), 2nd place is worth two points (and an IS-BR) and 3rd place is worth one point. The squadron with the most points collectively will be declared the winner. (The flying section will be awarded with a IS-SW and IS-BW)

Section:

Flying - Same mission and deadline as TG comp*

Graphics - Something following the pirate theme.

Mission Creation - One free mission with pirates as the bad guys.

Fiction - Will be a run-on using the wing Message Board. Rules can be found there. http://www.ehnet.org/mb/viewforum.php?f=46

Trivia - 250 questions, the winner is the one with the most right. If there's a tie, the first submission received wins.

All sections have the same deadline, April 30th and it all starts on the 1st of the month.

Official Standing Orders

Anyone not following these is subject to being removed immediately.

1. All FMs should be in regular contact with me and their Flight Leaders at least once a week via email, ICQ, or IRC etc.

2. I expect everyone to participate in all competitions, except when there is a conflict with important RL events. If you're planning on taking a leave, make sure you update your personal profile by activating your Leave Status.

3. I want everyone to be as active as they can by flying, creating graphics, writing fiction, or creating missions, etc.

4. All Flight Leaders will report to me at the end of each week detailing which of members of their flight have or haven't reported in and what they've done during the past week. You shall forward me any TFRs, fiction, graphics etc. you receive from your pilots. You must fly at least 1 battle plus the competition mission every week or your status may be removed.

5. Fly on 'HARD' without cheats whenever in a competition.

With everyone working on their entries in different categories, looks like the squad will be well represented in nearly all of the categories. I'll be sending a copy of the mission I created to everyone in a few days after the competition is over (working on submitting to TAC ;P ) and I hope everyone else will do the same so we can all admire each others work ;D
