Squadron News

My fourth WSR! However, this is only my 3rd week being a CMDR. I'm way too dedicated ...

Umm, WOW! Squadron activity is STILL through the roof. I mean, just WOW. Thanks to Keiran especially for doing such an excellent job. I knew I could count on you for being such an excellent Flight Leader. Nice job also, Lazy. You make me proud.

Err, my activity is pretty much zero this week (or so it seems!). Since Archon is on leave, he won't be able to BSF my battles until then, so yeah, that's why. I have been keeping busy.

If you haven't recieved your MSE medal, just relax. Thorn HAS done his MSE, so expect them shortly. I still haven't gotten mine, if that makes you feel better.

Besides myself, Keiran, and Lazy, I don't see a whole lot of activity in the squad. I really hope you people start doing something.

Sigh. I finally got in some multi-player action in #ehcoc. Remember people, this is a multi-player ship AND battlegroup. While flying MP is not mandatory (and I certainly won't make you do it), it does help quite a it when going for things like Wing Commander's Own. Remember that.

Ship News

Major Delak Krennal has resigned as Phoenix CMDR, and joins Tau Squadron. Applications are not being accepted, so do not apply.

Captain Draco Caanis has resigned as Valkyrie CMDR, and applications ARE being taken. E-mail your questions or applications to Archon, Khadgar, and Darksaber.

-MAJ Jaron Kai is the new WC of Wing XVIII.
-All EH forums have been moved. I have already changed our forum's URL.
-Minos is down yet again. Should be back up soon.
-EH Poland Meeting III is on for mid-July. Interested pilots should e-mail AD Mike for more info.

I sent (and will keep sending) my Weekly Squadron Address for checking in and such. I better hear from you people at least once a week!

I am extremely pleased yet again with our activity level. I only hope this trent continues, and that we get more pilots submitting BSFs, or fics, or graphics.

Final Thoughts

For the comp that I sometimes keep bringing up, it may be a FCHG points race with several squads that I may challenge from different ships. Should be interesting! I'll think it out some more, depending on how well overall squadron activity is.

Alright. I'm going to keep cramming this down your throats until I see it happening:

Get on IRC! As everyone keeps telling you, this is the main reason most people even STAY in the Corps! You get to know other people on the ship, make new friends, and have a good time when you're just browsing the web.

Goto mIRC.com and download mIRC! It's so easy, and even if you have problems, you can always e-mail me or your FL, or the flags, and we'll be more than glad to help you out.

Remember, being on IRC is bonus points for Wing Commander's Own, and MSE medals! I want to see you guys on there, and I won't shut up until you are!
