Salute
Well guys,it took a little bit longer but it finally happened. I am now your official CMDR (again:P) and i am honoured. For those of you who didn't serve under my command before, i would like to say that i simply love this squadron, i consider it my familly so i want you to be sure that i am here to stay (as long as you'll have me:P).
I really hope that my constant presence here will bring back the stability,the faith and the fun this squadron used to have.
I know it won't be easy, because it was some sort of chaous around here lately so some of you simply lost the joy of being here. That's why we will have to try and reorganize things here a bit and for this i will need your full help.
I won't start yelling around at you and ask you to do things you can't or don't like to do.I will just try to make you feel happy and proud again that you're a member of this squadron.
I know this sounds more like a lecture and it's not my style, but i need you to understand that we're all in this together.
The most important thing to me is to keep you together and make you have fun. But this means that we'll have to communicate much more and try to work as a team.
Well,i think it's enough with this speech...lol..it started to sound too serious:P
Now,i was speaking earlier about reorganising and priorities.
Let's go on with this report and see what this is all about:P



NEWS
1.Crusader squadron got WC's Own for june. Congratulations!
2.Our WC , i mean our dearest Hev turned 19 this thursday.Once again Happy Birthday our favourite gungan!



Squadron status

With Hev becoming our WC and Markus Destova retired to the reserves we’re now at 8 pilots.This shouldn't be too bad, unfortunatelly only 6 are active but i hope this will change.
I still have no sign from Jdf and Jamie simply dissapeared for the last 2 weeks.
Please guys, and this goes for all of you, if you have problems at least let us know, even if sometimes we can't help you.

Priorities
1. I would need an Executive Officer to help me and be here for the squadron everytime something happens and i can't be here and i would also like to appoint a Citation Officer to keep an eye on the squadron data base (flown battles) and make suggestions about the battles we should fly in order to get more citations. Last time i was CMDR i used to do these things myself, but now i thought that this might be a chance for each of you to be involved in the squadron management and prove what your skills are not only as pilots. You might even enjoy it:P
I already have some ideas,but i would like each of you to tell me if you're interested in doing this. I'll wait for your oppinions till next week, then i'll make my choice.
2. I would like you to try and show up more often on irc. I'm there almost daily, so is Hev and pilots from other squadrons. It would be a great chance for you to know them better and find answers to all your questions. It's also a great chance to have a lot of fun:P
3. Another thing I’d like to talk to you about is the message board. No one has posted anything here lately and it’s a pity. You know that this is the best way to keep in touch with eachother and with the other squadrons as well and this usually has been funny. Please do try and visit that page more often!
4. Web page- The same goes for our web page. Les worked a lot to create it and he did a great job, yet I’m not sure how many of you even visited it. So please do so and come up with more ideas. This page has to represent us:P

SQUADRON ACTIVITY

MAJ DarkC: Managed to do some flying TIE TC#207 &211 and Free Tie #218, among ather things concerning the squadron’s well being.I only hope the results will be shown soon:P

LC Jdf1984: On leave.Has some RL problems.Still Justin, it would be great if you could at least give me a sign and tell me what is going on.

CM Jamiek : Finally contacted me on irc:P He’ll lbe with us again very soon:)

Life will never be the same

My life was never even close of being poetry,
I have been often hurt and there was lot of pain,
But since the day you’re here with me
My life is not the same and it will never be the same again.
Don’t even know if I deserve to be so blessed
To have someone like you, to love me so
From all I know you’ll always be the best
We’ll always be together and I will never let you go!
Couse all you gave me since the day we met
Can not be measured in diamonds or pearls,
You gave me years I will be never able to forget,
You made me the most happy one from all the girls.
And even if sometimes I made mistakes,
I hurted you and made you cry,
I swear this time I’m gonna do whatever takes
To make you the most happy man and this is not a lie!



LAST THOUGHTS
Ok..i know this report was filled with moralizing speaches and with orders:P
That means it wasn’t as funny as my reports ussualy are.
Well I promisse you the next ones will be different, but it all depends on you:)
As I said…we’re supposed to be and act like a team and it’s pretty hard to do so if each one is going his own way.
So, let’s be together, let’s have fun together!
