*<SIREN> Alert! Alert! OK guys, it has started. The Asp vs Krayt "A New Breed" (:P) has begun! Our objectives are simply this:
- Fly XWA-FREE #103
- Fly XvT-FREE #2
- FLY MP vs KRAYT
The following is an extract taken from CMDR/CM CrimsonFury's e-mail to us regarding the comp:
The highest individual scorer wins an IS-BW and 10pts for his squadron. Everyone who completes the Free also gains 5pts for their squadron. You can only be awarded for flying the free mission once, but you can fly as many times as you like to try and earn the highest score!
It's all there people. Just fly those FREE's, get as high a score as possible, then send to me :D At the moment we're winning! :D
-There is an Intrepid Pseudo-SC comp on at the moment. It operates exactly like the SC that the ASF holds every year. Which means we have to strain ourselves! Asp at the moment is on 33 points...which is last...:P
-Mystic Rogue has informed me that he
will be entering the RSV's. Sorry to see you go :(

I shall be on-leave commencing tomorrow morning (Saturday 12th July) until
the following Saturday (19th July) to attend a conference and have a short
vacation.
During this time, the Flight Officer shall be grading the IWATS CORE Course. All other questions, comments etc. should still be directed to me, but please be aware that there will be a short delay in answering them until I return.

Something a bit off topic...I came across a brief review of a site depicting
ships and their relative sizes in a UK magazine (Focus, 4/5). The site's
pretty good with some interactivity - you can move the ships around and
overlay them with each other. It's located at http://mirror.wolffelaar.nl/zardalu.sytes.net/
and contains Star Wars ships as well as those from other universes (Bablyon
5, Star Trek etc).
