Krayt Squadron - Weekly Squadron Report
Aboard the ASF Flagship -- ISD-II Intrepid

Hey guys. Another good week for us this week, defeating Inferno Squadron to win the 2nd of our two Squad Comps! I'm so proud of you guys and the squad for bringin home 2 wins from 2 comps! Frodo is pi$$ed now cuz I've beaten his record of 2 losses from two squad comps :P He's gonna be even more annoyed when my new recruit comes through in the next few days to bring our number to 6...our citations should start to pile up then. The target will be to beat 137 citations guys, so we'll see how much work(if any) we have ahead of us once SL/LT Shalvros makes his way onto the Intrepid, and into Krayt Squadron! ;)

General News;

 - FA AbK has now started a Quote of the Week(QotW) competition for the TC. If you come across a funny line(s) of text in IRC while chatting, why not copy it to an email and send it in to AbK!? You might even be rewarded for this in the near future! ;)
 - The Parallax war has ended early due to lack of participation from other clans. EHCOC is back up 24/7, so you can fly MP any time you feel like it!
 - Due to the previous Wing XI WC, General Badlands stepping down, a new Wing Commander has been chosen. Congratulations go out to Major BubbaX who was until now Nun Squadron CMDR.
 - On the subject of Wing Commanders, Wing XIII is also now looking for one. Application details on the TC News Page!
 - A new XWA Mission Design tutorial was also announced last week, created by VA RogueWing, one of the best XWA designers in the EH. Check it out at http://www.minos.net/~immortal/noob/index.html and become ub3r-l33t mission designers just like Roguey!! ;)
 - Some new battles were released this week, check out: XvT-TC 78, BoP-TC 20, XvT-Free 150 & XWA-Free 105.
 - Our very own Wing Commander, Phantom has now been promoted to Lt. Colonel. Congratulations PHANNY!!! :)
 - Two other flags from the Tie Corps Battlegroups(TCBG) were also promoted this week. Congratulations to Coll-COM RA Indaro and Rel-COM RA Kalar on their well earned promotions to Vice Admiral!!
 - The Training Office has a number of vacancies up for grabs. Details of how to apply for Training Office Assistant(TOA) or the Graphics IWATS Course Professor(GFX) and Eggdrop Bot Professor(EGG) jobs are on the TC news page.
 - The time of Commendation of Loyalty awarding is upon us. Recc's are being sent in over the next few weeks to determine who from this wing and Battlegroup will be receiving one....so keep an eye out ;)
 - The TAC Office is also chasing Tie Testers. So if you like Silver Star's and wanna do some test flying in TIE for the TAC, give the TCC:TIE a yell :D

 - The Wing's Intrepid Activity Comp is still on. Frodo has also finally put the stats online, and they're usually updated daily. The URL for the stats site is: http://www16.brinkster.com/intshire/IntComp.htm. Krayt Squadron is in 3rd place for Squadron totals, with myself in 3rd place individually. We're only about 60pts from passing Cobra and then we will have a clear run for 1st. If we win, we hold our WC's Own honour for a few more months ;)
 - We've had another great week this week, this time more for an achievement than mass activity. This week, as you well know, we were involved in a Squadron Competition with Inferno Squadron....and WE WON!!! YAY! Yup...thats 2 wins from 2 comps now, and soon after the Intrepid Wing Comp we will begin lining up our next victim! The comp started off slowly, but picked up speed towards the end and ended in a pretty close finish. Congrats go out to CM SavageAz and LT Cheriss for their 1st places in each squadron for highest score in TIE and congrats also go out to the CMDR's of each squadron,(me and MAJ Loor) who through curious coincidence both finished 1st in our respective squadrons for XvT. Well done guys!!
NOTE: Almost forgot....below in my ID line you will see it, but now that we have beaten Inferno we are the "Kings of the Unholy Fire", so you can all have the little {KUF} in my ID line in your own to denote our defeat of Inferno.
