Fury Report # 15 (2009-06-22)

This report was submitted by CMDR-TCS/CM RichyV/Fury/Wing XIX/ISDII Subjugator

Fury WSR #15
Pilots of Fury.

After much thought, the Commander had sent out the official Communiqué to his Pilots, all of their choices had been given and now there was nothing for him to do but wait...

"Gentlemen, we are in a very desperate position. As I have no reason to believe any pilot is MIA, then I can only assume that non-communication means that you are AWOL - You have been furnished with the choices, now please do the right thing and make one!"

Where we are at and what we are doing...

8-days since my last Sqn Report and I have only heard from the following Squadron Pilots:-

LCM Alexandr III Biges

...it is essentilal that you all report in by the end of June!

Standing Orders:
  • Participate in the some TC-wide Competition!
  • Make it your goal to have some activity that I can report next week.
  • Get hold of TTT2 and upload your Uniform to the TC DB - I'd like to see more Fury Pilots represented, as many of you hold Ranks & Awards to be proud of!

In Closing:

Feel free to check-out Version 2 of our Fury Squadron website that LC Quincy Nelson has been working on, HERE and let either he or I know of any additions that you'd like to see. My thanks go to the Lieutenant Colonel who started this project of his own volition. Also, get involved in your Squadron's activities, please!

Several other Squads are beginning to record activity and many individuals are flying again as can be attested to by the Pilot Kill Board. Fury has many talented individuals in it's ranks - let's make it a great Squadron once more!

As I've mentioned before - ALL of you are expected to contact me each week with your intended activity or reasons for inactivity. This seems to be filtering through as I am getting more communications from you, thank you - but we also need to see more flying.

After completing Battles TIE-TC9, 10, 11 & 27, the Sqn is now as high as 24 Citations - unfortunately, for TIE-Fighter at least, we are 2 or more pilots away from earning anymore Squadron Citations, so my flying efforts will not be effecting these totals from now on - unless or until I begin flying in other software, or someone else joins in to help me out...

You still have plenty of time to let me know your feelings on what I can do to get (at least some of) you involved in Sqn activities! Don't forget that the Sqn is still looking for Mottoes & Nicknames (check the "??" areas above) as well as a FURY Sqn Banner design, so there are always medals to be won!

FURY PILOT COMMUNIQUÉ

Pilots of Fury.

Having had to AWOL 2 pilots already since becoming Fury Sqn CMDR I can honestly say I didn't enjoy it, so with this in mind, and the fact that, other than those 2, you have all contributed since I took charge - I'd like to furnish you with the choices available.

1. If any email's bounce-back to me, I will be immediately reporting the offending Pilot as MIA (not that this has happened to any of my comms, so far...)

2. Most of you are on the edge of AWOL anyway, so I will be giving you ALL until the 30th of June to report in, failure will result in immediate AWOL proceedings.

3. As AWOL puts a blot on your (mostly exemplary) records, I will be happy to hear any requests to move to the RSV's voluntarily instead - please also add a small (one-liner) reason for this request, as this will hopefully help give me an idea of your thoughts.

4. Transfer requests to other Squads - again with a short reasoning.

5. Report in for duty - by all means give me your thoughts on the current situation & anything that we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.

You are dismissed.

Respectfully submitted.

CM RichyV. Commander of Fury Squadron.
