Zayin Squadron Report # 10


Welcome one and all to the first double digit squadron report! “And there was much rejoicing…yaa.” - Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Sorry this a bit late but Turr forgot his report and everything he needed this weekend at work. But, that also means that you get the latest info…yeah right. There have been some changes in the wing but that will be in the wing news part.

Squadron News:

CPT Xander Drax (of whom Turr just noticed he was spelling Xander’s last name wrong – Sorry Xan) passed the AIM IWATs test with a perfect score!

Activity is still low and that’s not good. The only pilot who seems to be doing anything these days is Zayin’s newest one, LCM Mayk. Keep up the good work!

Wing News:

There were a couple of promos and awards handed out. Here is the rundown:

LCM Yarik Kelve (Yod) has been promoted to the Rank of Commander
LT GoldFinger has been promoted to the Rank of Lieutenant Commander
SL Jeremiah Matthews (Kaph) was promoted to Lieutenant.

Awards handed out:

MAJ Halcyon has been awarded a Legion of Combat
CM Yarik Kelve has been awarded the Imperial Security Medal

Speaking of Halcyon, he won 2 out of the 3 sections for the “Who’s ship/wing/squadron is the best comp.” Way to go Hal!

Lamed Squadron finally has a CMDR! Welcome CPT Malik!

Major Halcyon and LC Reaper is running an ewok search and clues will be sent out and we need to find out where the danged thing is. It could be anywhere, in a squadron, wing, ship, barracks, pants…um scratch out that last one, sorry. LC Mini Minkus has already won round one.

Now a subject that Turr knows does not occur in this squadron…Cheating. Cheating is bad, it’s evil, do not do it. You can give in but do not give in too far to the dark side because if you are found cheating, you WILL be busted to SL and have everything taken away, awards, missions, etc. And that is if the HCI is in a good mood. Just do it and everything will be fine

Fleet News:

For those who haven’t heard, FA Kramer has stepped down from his post as Comm of the SSSD Sov. His replacement is RA Proton.

The Logistics Office is seeking one Command Attaché to upkeep certain duties within the Office. If you are interested in what the job entail read below:
CA:LO2: The First Command Attache will be in charge of maintaining a website for the Imperial Historical Society and assist in publishing news from around the Star Wars Universe (including Episode II) whether it be from magazines, websites, or other sources for the EH Newsletter. This CA will be charged with revitalization of the Sentinel Project and the IHS.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Star Wars News Sources and where to find good information on Star Wars happenings in General.
Web Creation skills- Have the ability to make a site that incorporates all the CA's duties and responsibilities. If possible show former work done on previous sites you have made.
An Astute knowledge and dedication of EH History. I would like you to submit your own EH History to me in this application with an analysis of it so I can see your ability to write on the subject you will be dealing with.
Anything else you think is important mention in your application.

 Any Skills you believe are valuable to the spot
