WING WEEKLY MEETINGS ARE BACK
Weekly Wing Meetings are back again on IRC, #ISD_Colossus, (Undernet network)
Start time 14:00 EDT  (2pm)  which is 19:00 GMT (7 pm)
I'm unsure if I can Attend, I'm supposed to be doing something with my BOSS.
 
Losses of Pilots  -- Need for New Blood.
This week, Pi saw the Loss of 2 more pilots
One to the Reserves (Due to Prior System problems), and One AWOL.  (Neither contacted me since I became Commander).
In order to get new members there are 2 strategies,
    We need to Recruit from OUTSIDE the EH and get them to Join as a cadet, then Help them into PI
    Offer Assistance to Cadets on PLT Dedaleus.  (FLs are asked to do this  -- Use the URL I sent you please)
 
This also means until we're up to 6 Members again, We have 0 Citations.
 
 
PILOT OF THE WEEK:  RAF

Pilots, It is VERY important to update your TC.ORG Profile, and keep it that way.
Go in and Enter your Skills, if you already havnt done so.  use www.tiecrops.org/admin.asp
Currently, Only CM Avantar & I have done so... These skills allow me to better prepare COMPS, and analyze what to do.
 
Individual  BRIEFS
Major Zystem Fryar  - Doing ECR, and trying to raise MORAL
CM Avantar, had a rough week.. -- Did ECR.Fiction, Having System problems so Cant Fly.
CPT RAF -- Flew 3 Battles, and submitted for ECR, Did TAC stuff too.
LT Executor:  -- Flew 4 Battles (2 for Monthly Battle Challenge) , Made an Attempt at ECR Fiction
 
LT Alakazam -- Transfered to Reserves
LCM Rana Grande -- Declared AWOL

    I thank those that Tried it.  I know I'm probably the only member of Pi that is in an English Speaking country.. so Thanks for the Attempt.
