This has been a slow week for the Squad with activity from only two of the Pilots(Myself and TK)in the squad. Today starts the VORTEX recruiting drive. If you have looked at our roster lately you will notice that we are down to 7 pilots. That number will grow even smaller at the end of this month if I do not hear from some of our pilots. So put on your recruiting hat and get out there and find us some pilots. The first Pilot to get us a new recruit will receive a special reward from me!
CONGRATS to LC Mike as he returns to Commanding Crusader Squadron.
Vortex Squadron Remains in the TOP 5 in ASFSCIII. Our score is in need of serious update on the Grey Wolf page as well as the ASF page. Remember many points have not been added in yet. Do not worry if your score does not match up to the Score that Admiral Cyric has on the ASF site. I have every pilots score on a spreadsheet as well as every single thing you have done this month. Every point will be accounted for!
The Grey Wolf is still dominating ASFSCIII. We need to continue our domination! This being the last full week of ASFSCIII let me give you your correct scores.

This has been a pathetic week for activity within the squadron. I do not want to embarass the Grey Wolf with performance like this. WE all need to improve our activity immediately. I will not tolerate lazy pilots. All pilots are ordered to complete TCXVT 10-15 by the end of ASFSCIII. These battles will give us Citation points as well as gain FCHG points for the individual pilots who fly them. Secondly we are now on a recruiting drive. Currently we have one recruit on Daedalus that will be coming to our squadron. He is a friend of mine from real life. Remember recruiting someone earns FIFTY ASFSCIII points. So if you have a buddy please sign him up with the nearest Imperial Recruiter. Below are goals that you are expected to accomplish. This is the last full week of SCIII.
CM Sarin: 1000 SCIII points. Including a +300FCHG gain. I have a free week, little classes and no work. I am going at it this week like a crazed man.
CM Gilad: Report in. If all possible download some missions and fly.
MAJ Arathar: Report in ASAP. This will be your last month on the Roster if I do not hear from you.
LCM TK-6686: 200 SCIII points. Including a +50FCHG gain
CPT Schwarick: Where Did you go this week? We need to see some serious action from a long time Vortex Vet like yourself. Lets see XVT 13, 14, 15 from you! Fly anything else you desire, as long as you fly! I would like to see 100SCIII points from you this week.
LT Darksaber: 50SCIII points. Including +25FCHG points. Bo, you need to show me some activity so I can brag about you.
LT Jastor: 150 SCIII points. Including +50FCHG points. You need to complete all XVT-TC missions!!! YOu are now a Flight Leader and must work harder. We need to find you some pilots for your flight!

It has only been 4 days since my late report so not a whole lot of of new things to comment on. I am upset with the lack of activity from this squad. Especially from those of you who are good pilots. This is the last week for ASFSCIII and we need to go out with a flurry of activity. Quite frankly the performance of the squad since last Friday has been terrible. The only person to blame for such performance is me. As your commander it is my duty to motivate you to fly. So Pilots let me give you a few words of encouragement. Some of you may feel that you have not been rewarded enough in your TC career, or that you have not received rank promotions at a pace you find suitable. You cannot receive medals and promotions from being an inactive pilot. So if medals and rank is your cup of tea, let me be the first to tell you....ACTIVITY is the key to unlocking those things! Especially activity right now! In ASFSCIII. I will not reward any of you for being inactive, BUT you will reap your fair share of the benefits if we finish well. I will bend over backwards for each one of you to see that you receive all you deserve. Now show me why you deserve it! REMEMBER All MP competition has been suspended. EH vs NRN has started.
