Late late late... Sorry to those who, for some strange reason, look forward to these reports. I was sorta busy over the weekend, and havn't had time to do this until I got home from school today.

Anyways, pretty active week for some in Sadhe. Some people just look like they're dead...not literally, though.

And, my already-small self-esteem is taking some shots here. I've gotten a few e-mail this month saying how slow I am at doing things as SC. Well, sorry Sadhe, but I have REALLY bad memory, and can tend to forget to do BSFs and such. Plus, my online time has been cut so much that I only have about an hour max per day, and I DO have some ideas that I have to draw out before I forget them.

So, in hopes of possibly getting Sadhe to the top again, I'm going to bear down and get active again. If I'm still getting some negative e-mails about my work, then I'm going to either step down as Sadhe CMDR, or quit the EH as a whole. And those are two things that I don't want to do. I love the people here, and don't want to leave. But, if I can't hack it as a CMDR here, then I'll step down and let someone else have a shot at it.

But, enough of this negativity. Let's get on with this report!

Squadron Status: RED ALERT

The WC's still got some comps. going. Let's see what old Sadhe can do..

Sadhe Yearly Comp.:

Even with the depature of COL Sickman from Sadhe, I'm going to continue the comp. he had going. To keep with what we're all used to, I'm not going to change the scoring or anything.

Yearly Comp. Scoring:

3 points for the pilots with the highest score for the weeks battle/mission.

2 points for 2nd highest.

1 point for 3rd highest.

1 point awarded for exceptional work on other areas such as webpage design or submitting fiction or just having a exceptional week of flying by earning lots of FCHG points.

Flying Formats will be TIE/XvT/XWA

Since most people in the Squadron(who are active) don't want the Yearly Comp to go away, I'll keep it going until the end of the year at least.

For this week, all I want my pilots to do is to fly more than 3 battles. I'm going to do some deep soul-searching, and get back into the mood of being an EH officer, and get back on track with this comp.

For completing well more than 3 battles this past week, LT Ty Bismark(who will be transfered to Flight II soon) gets one kill point. LCM Murkrow Defender also gets one kill point.

I'm also going to work on a new Kill Board, since I can't seem to figure out this dang FTP stuff for the Sadhe weboage....
