Odin Run-On Fiction
Chapter 2
MAJ Raxis Krieger
Loki pulled hard on the flight stick to manuever his TIE Intercepter into firing position on Silence's pursuer. Pulling as hard as he could to steer the fighter in a sharp turn, he lined up the targeting marks of his fighter with the pursueing fighter. Holding steady, with a gentle tap of the trigger, a series of four green lasers streamed from the tips of the wings on the fighter and sent Silence's attacker on a dangerous unknown path as it began to explode and spin in the vacuum of space.
"Thank me later Silence!" Loki blurted over the comm as he continued to steer his fighter through the volleys of lasers all around.
Silence chuckled a bit as he piloted his fighter towards the closest bogie. Loki followed to the rear, his already damaged TIE couldn't withstand to heavy of a fight, but would provide assistance as it was needed, and perhaps even get a few lucky kills here and there.
Foxbats TIE Interceptor cut through a Z-95 with fury, as it flew right through the exploding debris cloud. "Hoo hoo yeah baby! Chalk one up for me!" he said excitedly.
At the same time, Doom Falcon was in a dangerous game of cat and mouse with an A-wing, both engaged in a flying circle, one chasing the other. Without a thought at all, Brian instictively jerked the flight stick to the left to lose the bandit for just enough time to get around him. The flustered A-wing pilot tried to recover his chase, but it was too late, Brian had already knocked off one missile at the rebel.
Flying head first into the combat, DS destroyed and x-wing as it was attempting to flee for hyperspace. "Cowards!....All of them! They're trying to run!" blurted DS over the comm unit.
"Alright guys! Its time to clean up around here. No fighters are to escape! If they do, who knows what might be comming next..." commanded Raxis over the comm.
Squadron News:
Ok guys. I had a tough job of AWOL'ing some pilots last week. I hated to do it, but I had to. Tonight we will be down to 6, after I put in for Gravins request to the reserves as well. What does this mean? Recruit! See my details below.
The ASF Multiplayer competition is comming..all through november, is our time to prove our skill and power as a whole to the rest of the ASF. The more multiplayer wins you get as EH Sanctioned Comps, the better you do, so practice guys!
The 1st Annual ASF Aduit is comming..pilots. This part is for you. Everyone needs to respond to me..Ask yourself, Where do you see yourself in the next year in the ASF? What do you concentrate yourself in, Multiplayer or Single Player, and why? Also, Is thee anything you would like to see changed around here, and new things you would like to happen? Be totally honest when you write these to me. We can't make our squadron and wing better if we cannot do what will truely help us.

Theres a new MP Competiton! Night of the Lost Souls is held on Thursday Nights in #EHCOC on mIRC! The comp is held from 3pm - 5pm!
Squadron Status:
Regular Weekly Competition for XvT and XWA are held. Check the combat calendar for more information on these competitions. Flying in these competitions can bring in the medals. LoCs and DFCs are plentiful!
Still many many spots to fill in the squadron, if you know some people on Daedalus who will be an asset the squadron, don't hesitate to reccomend odin squadron to them.
Lets see if we can knock down the rest of the XvT Citations and start working on gaining the TIE's in order as best possible from 1 on :-)
ASF Wide Comps:
Ok guys. As you may or may not know, All through november, you will be competing with everyone else in the ASF for MP superiority. For every win that you get as an EH sanctioned competition, you get a point. This includes the EH Ladder, Any and all #EHCOC Comp, as well as WoWs. I have been instructed by our great WC to quote "Bring home the bacon to the wing". Lets do it guys! Get some practice before the comps fully start! Im sure we can expect a lot of competition from Former Crusader Pilots as well, lets uphold our new titles of WCs Own for September as well as the ASF Escort Squadron.

Final Thought this week...
Ok guys, come tonight, Odin squadron will have 6 pilots. Less than a month ago we were at 12, I want everyone to do there best to try and recruit from pilots from Daedalus, and perhaps if youre the type who likes a challenge, a veteran from the Reserves even. Odin squadron needs more pilots. Everyone give it a shot, and I'm sure we will be able to load the squadron back up to full in no time.
Also, as for activity. Im a little disappointed, but I still hold much faith in all of you. I want to see more activity comming though. I realize we have Won ASF:SCIII and that we all got a well deserved break, but it is time to push the gas a little and rev up the engine. Lets get back into the flying habit and start ruling the stars!
And once more, I can't stress Multiplayer participation enough. This is what I want everyone to focus on in the upcomming weeks. I want Odin to do especially well in this competition, so that we can take another title for the grey wolf, and ourselves!
