Falcon News:


We have had a trying week Falconers. As you all know we lost a fellow pilot that hit close to home. CMD Wolfstar lost his life after a being shot. This has effect Falcon but we must go on in his loss. There will be some sort of memorial for him the details are being worked out. I have been given a uniform for him to display, I think that when the Pilot Barracks get up and running we should place the memorial for him there. Also a arm band is being made in his honor to be worn on our uniforms. Any ideas or thoughts on this project please contact me.


As you know the XO spot is STILL open. I am in need of a XO and I will be placing a lot of responsibility on that person. There will be a lot of programs to be run as well as setting up events and comps. As of now start sending pilot files to me for submission. I will get them in for you ASAP. The first thing I need to do in my role as CMDR is get an XO. This is very important to me; I want someone who is willing to go the extra mile for the pilots, and us and to work with me on making this the best squadron ever. If you are interested please contact me ASAP.

As you may or may not know, LCM Hawk Hunter left to pursue a CMDR position of his own. So again recruitment is high. I want to see at least three new pilots recruited into Falcon. I will award the medal of Falcon Talons to the pilot who brings in any new pilot. That medal will go hand in hand with the MOI you get for recruiting. I CANNOT stress how important recruit is right now. If we get involved into a comp, we will have to work TRIPLE TIME to come out looking good. WE NEED PILTOS FALCONERS!!!



Also another issue that needs to be resolved ASAP. CPT Filla is working on putting Falcon home page on new server; he needs all the assistance he can get from us. I WANT TO SEE ALL OF US assisting him until we get the home page up and running. SO if you have any Intel that would assist him in speeding this up send to him and cc myself.

I want you all to know that I am very open and am more than interested in hearing your ideas, concerns, gripes and complaints. Please feel free to contact me on any issue and I will resolve it as best and as quickly as I can.
