Beth Squadron Report #8 - 10/01/01


*Introduction:
Greetings all and welcome to another editon of the Beth Squadron Weekly Report. There's been a lot going on this week. We're in the middle of two competitions and things are looking pretty good. I was out of action with computer problems this weekend but I think I've got things under control. On to the report!


*Squadron News and Activities:
First of all, I'd like to mention that I may leave some things out. I can't access any of my e-mail that was sent to me before Saturday so if I leave something out please let me know!

A Sovereign Wide competition has begun utilizing a free mssion for TIE, XvT, and XWA. So far I've received pilot files for the XWA mission from CPT Cal Sinis, LC Sequoh Marden, and LT Joel Chase. I will fly this later tonight after I finish catching up on my e-mail and other paperwork. Everyone has until October 2nd or 3rd to get me their pilot files. The rewards for this competition are very sweet, so do your best to get a top score! First place with each mission gets a IS:GW, second place gets IS:SW, and third place gets IS:BW.

The Sequoh Comp is on hold until the Sov-Comp ends. The current scores look like this:
LT Joel Chase - 12,543
LC Sequoh Marden - 9,812
CPT Cal Sinis - 7,598
LT Mordred - 5,269
Once you have flown for the Sov-Comp and you're happy with your score, work on the Sequoh Comp. The highest scoring pilot gets a nice IS:BW! You have until October 6th to fly for this comp.

Not really any other news this week. I got a promotion in the FMC, not that anybody cares. :-P Everybody's concentrating on the two competitions!


*Wing III News:
The Wing III Website is back online after a suffering a server problem.

It's MSE time! Wing III CMDRs need to submit their monthly evals to LC Jahan Kalar asap!

Var's turning 18 soon. This is a terrifying event for yours truly, mainly because I will no longer be older than he is! Then again, it'll only last for a couple months. :)

LCM Tvan'Oris was promoted to FL of Hey Squadron Flight II. LT Dirk
Fireslinger was promoted to FL of Flight III.

SL Maw'la was promoted to LT. Congrats!
