Hey Squadron Report #1 for the week ended September 24, 2001.

Gather 'round folks! It's time for another Hey Squadron report. It's
been an interesting couple of weeks for Wing III and Hey Squadron. Here we go!

SQUADRON NEWS
-------------

As most of us know, MAJ Osan'gar has resigned as Hey Squadron Commander. He's been appointed the new Lord Ambassador of the EH and recieved a promotion to Rear Admiral. Congratulations Os! We'll miss you. Anytime you want to come back, there'll be a spot for you.

I've been appointed the new commander of Hey Squadron. Wow!

The position of Flight Leader for Two Flight is now open. Send in your
applications, if you're interested.

Sub-Lieutenants Max Strykeman and Maw'la, make contact with me as soon as
possible.

WING NEWS
-------------

Last week, LC Sequoh Marden stepped down as Wing Commander of our wing. He has returned to Beth Squadron as a Flight Member.

MAJ Jahan Kalar has been appointed as our new WC and promoted to
Lieutenant Colonel. Congratulations! No more major jokes for a while, I guess. :)

FLEET NEWS

IWATS is approaching it's 10,000th graduate. Last time I checked, it was about 200 short, so help out by taking any IWATS courses.

Mission creators needed

Together with COL Sickman (Wing V WC) and RA Proton, I am organizing a Sov wide Comp and need mission creators to help with the custom missions involved. Mission creators for all platforms are needed (TIE, XvT, and XWA).
The comp is an Olympic style comp were teams from evry squadron on the Sov competes for the title in 4 different areas (3 flying and 1 non-flying). If you are interested please contact me at mike_pilot1@hotmail.com.
