Greetings to the Pilots of Wing VI.

OK so I’ve returned from the Bacta tanks and I’m feeling a bit wrinkly, seriously IRL I’ve just had a very bad case of food poisoning that has laid me up with nice body chemistry complications for over a week now and things are only just getting back to normal. Basically I’m as weak as a kitten and have been on a liquid diet for the last gods only know how long.

Do you have any idea how nauseating a liquid diet is!!!!!

Anyway, I’ve been allowed my toys back now as long as I promise not to spend hours sat in front of the computer so I thought I’d finally write another report.

So what has been happening in the Wing VI world? Well by the looks of things not a massive amount. Nice to see MAJ Valic back from his census role, good luck in the search Valic, I have my fingers crossed for you.

Tempest has sent a message from the Phoenix, honestly I’m convinced he’s been more active over there than he was over here (joke Tempest, it’s nice to see you posting!)

We also get to welcome back COL Turr. ViP has just re-processed him from the Phoenix back to Alpha squadron, guess listening to Tempest and Talons discussing how things were in the old days, or indeed listening to Tempests drunken sinking was too much for the good Colonel and he’s returned to active duty to face death and destruction every day rather than face that torture.

Other than that I’ve been working on the timeline for the ISD Warrior based on the history that we’ve been working on. Now I need some help here because I’m not good with SW dates and all that but here’s what I’ve worked out and this is what needs a bit of fleshing out

Date, (TBC) Commissioned 35 Years in active service

Date (TBC) CPT Umbern & XO CMDR Gates Resigned (15 years before Decommissioning date) CPT Tiar Farr takes command

Date (TBC) Decommissioned Admiral Tiar Farr (commanding for the last 15 years of her service life)

Ship “drydocked” in EH Boneyard (location confidential)

Date (hell I can’t remember what date it is supposed to be in SW terms) Re-commissioned as an EH fleet ship, now Wing VI home.

So basically we have some dates to fill in, including a length of time in the boneyard. We also could do with a few engagements and other historic items to flesh out the service history.

Any suggestions?

Let’s keep on this people, give the Warrior a service life worthy of EH records.

Activity

Well I’ve seen Kaisin and Witcher spamming the messageboards, Has Neale been returned to his home in Alpha yet I wonder, if not you two stop spamming and start recruiting!

Summary

So I’m back with a mild desire for retribution, I haven’t really got enough energy to come back with a vengeance, (get it?). Life seems to be ticking along and the history of the ship is starting to take shape.

More news next week, in the meantime all suggestions as to SW Dates, possible campaigns and other background information about the ship are happily received. We don’t need much detail guys, that’s for later just a thought on what might have happened and when.

Damn it’s good to be back, now excuse me whilst I head off for another liquid meal, and not one of those alcohol based “liquid lunches” more’s the pity.
