Hello everyone:)
Well it seems that you'll have to read one more report from me...lol
Everything is working as planed,but it would just take a bit longer due to the fact that the rewards for ASF-SCIII are not settled yet.
Anyway,i might have sounded a bit pathetic in my last report and i'm sorry....i know i'm doing the right thing and this is also thanks to some of you.There are absolutely no problems...and no regrets:).
The only thing that's important is that we're all here together,ready to kick some ...rebels...lol,and that's great.
So let's go on with the report...
RECRUITMENT
To be honest i'm not that sure that recruitment is such a priority right now.We still have some new pilots that didn't yet get aquanted with the squad...and what we need the less is inactive pilots .Things will get back to normal i'm sure,but for now i think we should concentrate more on training our new pilots than recruiting new ones.
NEWS
You know what?...No news it's good news...lol
Seriously now,there's not much to announce....or...maybe i missed something?...lol
Anyway ,get yourself ready for that competition we've been talking about for so long. Details will be out soon.

Graphics and fiction competition
We really need some material for the webpage so we could outshine our mates from other squadrons. ISM for most creative people. The same applies to the fiction writters. If it's good enough,ISM is yours. Our home page is improving everyday, but we can make it better....come on guys,use your imagination!!:))

Tartarus 1-1: CM DarkC (that's me...lol..for those who aren't aware of that) :Tried to have some activity...lol...Flew TC-TIE # 135,136 &138.
Tartarus 1-2 : CPT Tomaas Banys: Was a bit busy this week....maybe getting ready to give some orders again...lol...just joking:) he flew TC-TIE #41 & 42 and Free-XvT #38.
Tartarus 1-3 : SL Mike Pawlowski : He emailed me and told me that he has a battle almost finished.....so i'm expecting it soon:) Thanks for answerring Mike:)

Tartarus 2-1 : LCM JatzCrakker :Hmmm...nothing again....what's going on Jatz? Is everything ok?
Tartarus 2-2 : LCM Arcadius Calidus : Even though he was very busy at school...he managed to find some time to prove he's still a great pilot:)

Tartarus 2-3 :LT TK-7253 : Nothing this week.He emailed me and explained the reason of his inactivity.Unfortunately it's not that he was away on vacation or had fun....his house was broken in and many things stolen....even the PC:( Anyway,he's fine now...and he even got a better PC...so we'll be hearring from him soon:)
Tartarus 3-1 : CM Leslaw : Nothing either.Les is still sick,but he said he's feeling better and that we'll hear from him very soon:)
Tartarus 3-2 : COLWoobee: Another busy week for Woob.Yet he flew TC-XWA #13 and we kept in touch a lot. He also promised me to fly another 2 battles i told him,so we could reach 60 citations before i step down. It seems he didn't get the time to finish them in time for this report,but they'll be here any minute.It's Woob's present for his CMDR...lol. Thanks for everything Woob:)
Tartarus 3-3 : LT Song Dynasty : I finally got an email from Nick. And i decided we should give him one more chance.He's very busy with school and other things in RL,so we might only get some emails from him from time to time. But if he wants to stay with us...i think we should be patient for a while.

COMMANDER'S OFFICE
Well this week i started to see some activity from some of the pilots and i even got emails from every one of you,which is great...lol
I hope that you'll keep up the good work no matter who your CMDR is.Especially considerring that Tom is a great pilot and a special CMDR....hehe...i don't think he'll close his eyes like i did if you stay inactive....lol
And maybe i shouldn't say this,but...by activity i don't mean just an email stating you're still alive.Of course excuses are accepted when problems in RL appear,but when a pilot keeps promissing to do something yet all i get is an email from time to time...well to be honest i really don't like this kind of attitude. Hmm...anyway,this will be up to Tom from now on to deal with this kind of problems,but as i said watch your back,he might be tougher than me.
We are on the right track and started to prove the real value of our squadron...let's keep it this way!

Well guys...i think you already had enough of me...lol
Anyway don't be too happy...you won't get rid of me that easy...hehe...i'll be executive officer of this squadron,so i'll keep my eyes on you as ussual:)
And on the other hand,be carefull CPT Banys might be more severe than i was,so watch your back!
Which reminds me...starting from next week i would like you to send your pilot files and everything else both to me and Tom. This will make it easier for me to track your activity and help Tom with some suggestions. You might also receive some orders from me from time to time,i'm sure Tom won't mind this,so i would like you to try and obey them as ussual.
We're trying to get this squadron the place it deserves so please help us guys! As you surelly know sometimes it just doesn't matter how good the CMDR is,he always needs your support. You are the ones who make Tartarus a special squadron,never forget this!
Once again,it's been an honour for me to be your CMDR. You are the greatest pilots and the best friends i ever had.Thank you!
