Ok guys, listen up. Some of you are already training on Gym, some not. Here you are, some hints:

1. Weight losing.

Most of people are totally wrong is you think about weight losing. Fat = weight = bullshit!! If you will eat fat you won't get weight. So. Mike, what are you talking about? Yes. I am right. How this works? Simple. Fat is auxiliary fuel for you body. And what is primary? Carbohydates. How most people eat. Fat first, let's say it's bacon. And then cake or something. Yes. Ideal way to be fat. Never it cargohydates after fat. Why? Because when you eat fat you body will use this to produce energy. BUT. When you will it carbohydates after fat, your body will use the second, cause it's much easier to produce energy from carbohydates. And remember. You body is one big storage. It won't remove fat, it'll store it in your skin. Day after day and you will be fat. Trust me, i know. How to loose weight? Simple. No chockolate after bacon. If you want to eat chockolate, eat it before dinner, or when you are tired.

Now. Some people want to have 0% fat and now muscles. It's illogical. You will look like skeleton without muscles. Train!!!

2. Weight gaining.

This is really difficult. And how to become big pile of an apeman, and not fat ass. Well. Hard working and good diet. Creatine will make you strong, but you've to train hard. NO PAIN = NO GAIN. TRAIN THOSE LEGS. And more in next WSR......

Another graphics comp from the RECON Office. I know...graphics, some people can't make them, but don't worry next month there will be one for everyone, not just graphics people. :)

In this comp, you'll need to design either a banner or graphic for the Imperial Survey Corps (ISC). The banner should be the size of every other banner, about 400 x 40 pixels. The graphic should be about the size of a splash banner, about 800 x 500 - max.

The Imperial Survey Corps searches the Internet and RL for ways to help the EH out by letting people know about this. So, something like Corevettes or scout ships for graphics - just a suggestion.

There will be two awards. One for the banner and the other for the graphic. You may do either one or both! :)
