* This week we saw CM Khaland leave for Teth squadron CMDR without any prior notice what so ever. This stunt not only pissed me off, but also other members of the squadron. Due to his inability to notify me of his intentions to leave the squadron, CM Khaland is not welcome back to Praetorian. A new XO will not be chosen at this moment.

As a result of this, a leaving policy will be introduced and in affect as of this report. If you have intentions to leave the squadron for another position or the reserves, I want at least a 1 week heads up from the pilot in question. If someone fail to do so and leave anyway, see above.

If something drastic happens in RL and you must leave the squadron at once, contact me and describe the problem and from that point we will use common sense to sort it the best way possible.

* Squadron Orders Progress:

Flight I: Reviewing and debugging all ID-TIE battles.
Status: Complete
Comment: ID-TIE#1 and #2 reviewed and spell checked by MAJ Linkan, ID-TIE#3 and #4 reviewed and corrected by LCM Hunter.

Flight II: Creating plotlines for future ID battles.
Status: In progress
Comment: A prelogue for a future XWA battle has been created. LCM Hunter takes responsibility of the plotline creation now, since CM Khaland isn't here anymore.

Flight III: Creating medals you receive for completing ID battles.
Status: In progress
Comment: The search for suitable medal names in latin continues.

* A battle board is being constructed by CM Loor, which means Operation: Big Kahuna will commence when that is done. But! After CM Khaland's decision to leave, we bounced up to 191 citations again! Now with only 8 battles left before reaching 200 citations (for the second time in Praetorian and TC history) I calmly expect this to have happened before next week's WSR. * The Praetorian Operations Office will be constructed by yours truly either as a part of the Praetorian site, or as an own site. I haven't decided which would be best yet.

* Recruitment is being dealt with in a controlled and calm matter and right now there is 1 pilot taking the trials. More pilots will receive invitations during the coming week.
