Competitions about banners and mottos are over now. Deadline was November 13.

All Competitions other than the ECR are suspended. Once it’s over we’ll be on the look out for other squads to challenge.

First of all people, I would like to apologize with all mates in Flight II. I am sorry I can not inform the rest of us about your activities, but your brand new Flight Leader seems to have forgotten to comply his most basic and brainless duty, which is to inform his co-worker here about your activities. LCM Zept Leeartic, I am most concerned because your lack of esprit de corps and certainly because you did not give a dime about me. I hope this will change, and for better. I expect you to assist Sunday's meeting. Good thing we are not at war...
So Wap, Trowa, please forgive me about not mentioning your work this week, but there was nothing I could do.

CM Mark Schueler was commissioned to CMDR of Nu squadron. CONGRATULATIONS MAN!!! Drinks are on him tonight. (Good thing he doesn't know that ;)

All comps have been suspended until ECR is over so no Flight vs. Flight or other comps until then.
HGK is running on now, though I believe there have been some delays. For those who doesn't know what HGK is, go check it on the Collie's shiny new website at www.isdcolossus.com . WC/LC AVodka was a little skeptic about taking any criticism, so go easy on him. I haven't seen it yet so I can't tell.

We also have some of our citations back, 12 now to be accurate. Anyone who hasn't flown battles 06,07,08 should try first. We can have citations for the first 10 battles.

STANDING ORDERS

Yes, they have finally been made official. So anyone basically not following them are subject to being removed.

1. I expect all FMs to contact their Flight Leaders at least once a week, either by email, ICQ or IRC etc.

2. I expect everyone to participate in all competitions, except when there is a clash with important RL events, i.e. exams, illness etc
3. I want everyone to fly at least one battle or two free missions a week, alternatively you can create graphics, write fiction or create missions as long as the effort is the same as flying a battle or mission. Competition TFRs count as double, so you only need to fly one free mission if it's for a comp.

4. Flight Leaders - You will report to me at the end of each week detailing which of members of their flight have or haven't reported in and what they've done during the past week. Also, you will pass on to me any TFRs, fiction, graphics etc. you receive from your pilots.

5. Flight leaders - You are expected to be an example to your flight members and should typify what they are trying to become. I expect regular contact from you and input into how the squadron should be run and any changes that could be made for the better.

It doesn't take long to fly 2 free missions, you can even do it on easy if you must, you only need to fly on hard when it's a comp and scores are important.
(All those things said in 1st person are Indaro's not me guys, I just want you to guzzle all the booze you can lay your hands on, especially because we aren't paying tonight)
