Greetings and welcome to this my first report. I am CPT Predator the new CMDR of Storm Squadron.
This report will not be like the normal one I will not be reporting on activty or giving you lots of news it is mainly to introduce myself and what I plan for the squadron.
Firstly, who am I?

As I say my name is Predator and my rank is captain. I have been in the TIE Corps for over one and half years and all of that time has been as part of the Avenger Task Force. I started off as a lowly Sub-Lt in Stalker under the command of ShadowHawk, I then moved to Slayer as it's new commander and was then offered the challange of building up this wings newest squadron Flayer. After building it up to a full roster and gaining my promotion to Captain I resigned and moved back to Stalker and then when Flayer was in trouble I moved back there.
I am not new at command I have done it twice within the Tie Corps and I am also Aedile of Archanis (First Sith House) and CEO of Core Squadron (elite Squadron in the Corparate Division) so you do not need to worry about me not knowing my way around. :)
I am also part of the TAC office where I work as a beta tester and fixer and part of the Training office where I run the IWATS course "Rebellion Tactics"
So that is me just to make things clear I am a man, I am 19 years old, I live in England. If you call me a dumb 16 year old female yank I will hurt you! :P
Squadron Plans

Normally the first thing a new CMDR will do on getting a squadron is do an AWOL check, well just to be different that is the second thing I am going to do.
The first thing will be a couple of promotions!
SL Black Smith and SL Roland Ascorp pending Flight office approval I hereby promote you both to the rank of LT!
I have no idea why this was not done before but you have both earned this promotion and I can only say to you both sorry it was not done sooner. SL John Hokwood do any sort of activty such as flying a battle, doing another IWATS course (Rebellion Tactics is a good one! :) ) or filling out you INPR and you will also be promoted to LT.
Ok NOW I am going to do the AWOL Check please report in to me either by mail or by IRC by 1st of December or out you go. If you do no longer wish to be part of the squadron please mail me and let me know, there is no point dragging it on.
That's the admin side of it all done. The squadron is in pretty bad shape I will not lie to you it is going to take a lot of work to get it in to a truly efficitve fighting force and prizes like top squadron in the wing are unlikly at the moment. Here is my stadged plan to try and improve the squadron. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know I always welcome input and I tend to reward it as well.
1. Check current roster and make sure everyone who is on it wants to be on it.
2. Check activty of said members to make sure they are an credit to Storm.
3. Gain new members via every legal means allowed.
4. Sort out the postion of Flight Leaders via activty system.
5. Sort out Webpages/Message boards
How I am going to do all this, well I have to have some secrets!
Orders
======
In this section I will explain my orders for the next week.
There are three sets of orders :- Alpha, Beta and Gamma.
Alpha Orders = Orders which MUST be followed. Faliure to obey these orders will result in you being ejected from the squadron.
Beta Orders = Orders which you really should be obeying but if you miss it once a while I am not going to cry about it.
Gamma Orders = Orders which are up to you to follow. You do not have to do any Gamma orders but if nothing else this is a great way to prove to me that you derseve a reward (medal/promo/cookie)
Without futher ado here are this week's orders I have tried to keep them brief as you do not have long to do them. (all orders must be completed by Tuesday)
Alpha : Report in to me with a breif outline on who you are and what you enjoy doing in the TC. (other sub-groups you in would be helpful)
Beta : No beta orders this week..
Gamma : Fly TIE-DB 1 for Tuesday

That's it for this week please get in touch so we can discuss what we are going to do. Storm will be as good as you make it, if you don't make it good I will kick you out so the reverse is not true but heh that is not going to happen!
On a side note my reports will be released on Tuesdays rather then Wednesdays as I work a 12 hour shift on Wednsdays.
