From the Desk of Commander Grail:

It saddens me to inform everyone, that CM Ninja has decided to step down as XO of Nemesis, and as FL of Flight 2. This is purely for personal reasons. He is staying in Nemesis, and will be joining me in Flight 1 very soon.
This leaves an opening for FL in flight 2. I'm in the process of trying to decide who should be my new XO, once I've done that, that person will receive FL of Flight 2. (I will accept bribes :P)

The Nemesis web site has been updated (again!). The new features implemented are the ability for Squadron Members to login and post activity notifications for me to review, and the ability for everyone, to view up to 12 weeks of each pilots activity history.
I am considering expanding this to include a complete history page that will detail every piece of activity for a given pilot since they joined nemesis. Perhaps I'll announce that in the next report :)

*NEW!* Starting now, I am officially declaring the beginning of the Nemesis Squadron "Citation of the week" competition.
As the name implies, I'm hoping to start to get our Citation count up. This competition is pretty straight forward, each week, 1 battle, and 1 free mission will be chosen to be flown.
The trick however, is that I'm not going to choose. Each week, a different person in the squad will be responsible for choosing what battle and free mission we fly for that week.
I will be choosing along with everyone else, and therefore, will choose first.
For this week, I have chosen TC-Tie #32, and Free-Tie #95.
The point of this is to get our Citations up, so I'm hoping I can count on everyones participation! If I have enough submissions, I will hand out medals for high scores.
Just remember, I we need at least half the pilots in the squadron to fly the mission in order to get a citation, so get flying!
