MOMENT OF THE WEEK

Jene Starwind's reaction to my fiction, complaining about who I left out:
RANGER SQUADRON!! YOu wouldn't forget such a pilot as
me, would you? I mean, some of you beat me out
immediately, but I have had CMDR experience twice, and
am a FL now, and someday soon, Ranger CMDR. I just
didn'twant the position due to some...technical
difficulties(such as my broken arm).

SQUADRON NEWS

-LCM Deimos won the TC Tie 200 comp of the Battlegroups, proving he is good on all platforms. He's also the new Baron, which means he's the pilot who holds more highscores. Let's hope he keeps the title. Deimos, it is an honour for all Phantom squadron to have you in our squadron! :)
-This week's SOTW is the Falcon Flight III site at http://www.forestwind.ca/falcon/. Congratulations go to Darkfire ( RDarkfire@rocketmail.com ) and Kweeky (webmaster@kweeky.net ) on receiving the SOTW award with four stars!
-The comp between Ranger and Phantom has been aborted, since less than half of Ranger's pilots are unable to fly. Sorry if you're feeling like you wasted your time for nothing, but that's life :(
-A petition for a sequel to Tie Fighter is being made. I think this one's is worth it, because Totally Games and LucasArts are working together again, so it's now or never! Got to http://www.petitiononline.com/tf2pc/ and show you're loyal Imperial pilots! :)
-Look at our impressive citations list! :)

SQUADRON STATUS

-We need an official squadron crest for us. Send me an image around 150x150, and I'll choose the best. The crest will also be used on MAJ Gidda's upcoming free mission. So far I have no submissions :(
-You have until the 15th to fly for the CoPilot comp. Fly XWA-Free 73 at once!
-Flight 3 is still on leave, and I easily notice that by the squadron's activity.
