Salute
Here comes another report.
I was pleased ,even very pleased with some pilots activity this week, but on the other hand I still have pilots who didn’t do anything , not even answer my emails. And I’m not talking about Tom and Vulc who are just waiting for their transfers I’m talking about the rest of you! Anyway, we’ll discus this later.
So just read the report: P

A week in CMDR’s Office
This was a very quiet weekL I might not have been in my office all the time, because I really had a hell of a week at work, but the door was always opened…if you looked for me and couldn’t find me you could at least leave a note!

NEWS
1. Tartarus is now at 9 pilots and 81 citations! Finally one new citation we gained thanks to Woobee.
2. Our COM and dear friend Azazel got promoted to VA! Lots’s of hugs and congratulations AzJ

Competitions
There are a lot of competitons for you guys!
“Pilot of the week”, ”Name the K-Wing”, ” Scholar of the week” and finally Squadron of the week” All you have to do is read WC’s report #12 and you’ll see it’s worth doing your best!
That is of course if you want medals:P
As for me…I want us to get Squadron of the week!
About the other competition I was talking to you about, the one vs Vortex, I had a talk with Hev Thursday and we decided to postpone it for another week, so you all have the best chances to participate in WoW. Now to be very straight…the competition will take place anyway, so if it’s not this week it doesn’t mean you have to do nothing.


MULTIPLAYER COMPETITIONS
The MP activity increased pretty much this week. Woob participated in WoW Id # 939,938,935,931,930,1067,10621162,1445,1421,1409 and 1455 and Leed won two Loc’s this week.
I must admit this is a very nice change, since there was actually no MP activity at all since this week.
Now if you started doing it and find it funny, just keep on !

CPT DarkC: A very busy week for me, I was completely owerworked and I was away for a few days yet I flew something too. TC-TIE 198 and TIE-Free#90,91 &94. It’s certainly not much and not as much as I wanted to,but I just wanted to prove you that no matter how busy I am I still check my ship from time to timeJ
LT J’Rai : On leave this week
CPT Leslaw: Email contact.He flew some battles, but unfortunatelly he couldn’t yet send me the files because of some problems he has with his serverL
LT Leed : He won Two Loc’s in XWA Vanguard Shield Comp and also flew XVT-TC#19. Good work Leed! One more week like this and I’ll think of an awardJ
COL Woobee: Participated in WoW Id # 939, 938, 935 , 931, 930, 1067,1062,1162,1445,1421,1409 and 1455 and also won some:P and he flew TIE-TC #73 and XWA-Free#17. ACE OF THE WEEK!!!
MAJ Raxis Krieger : joined the squadron the 12th of june. No email contact and no activity since thenL

When you hurt....
It matters
The sun doesn't feel as warm
The moon looses its luster.
The stars lack their usual radiance...
And seconds,seem like an eternity.

When you hurt...
Nothing sounds as sweet.
Little balerinas on music boxes don't twirl so daintly,
and funny movies,cause tears to emerge.

When you hurt...
Imagination and curiosity retreat.
No bell rings when an angel receives their wings,
And fairy tales,have no "happily ever after."

When you hurt....
It doesn't help to hear that "Ihurt too"
Because the possiblility of another in so much pain...
seems impossible.

So much that,

LAST THOUGHTS
As I said earlier I was very pleased with the acitivity of SOME pilots, activity for which they were rewarded.
Unfortunatelly 3 active pilots out of 9 (not to mention we have 2 completely inactive and waitting for transfers) is far away from what I could call an active squadron.
With all due respect gentlemen, we’re not here on vacation! We’re here on duty!
And even if I know all of you are very busy at the moment, I still think that will a little bit of effort you might relax a bit more by flying:P
I noticed that you were more interested in MP lately, so if this is what makes you have fun, DO IT! I won’t be upset if you won’t fly any SP as long as you’re active in MP.
I’m only asking you to have fun! I don’t care how you do it, just be active! And I hope this time all of you will hear me!
So this is the last warning…let’s see what the problems are and let’s try to fix them!
MAJ Raxis Krieger: you joined this squad 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard a word from you Loki. We know eachother for a long time and you know very what it means to be a CMDR. So I’m sure you’ll understand me when I’m going to say that this is my last warning. If for the next week I don’t hear from you, I’ll start thinking of AWOL-ing you and trust me I would hate to do it!
CPT Leslaw : Please do something to solve that email problem Les! I know you flew some battles and you keep flying, unfortunatelly till I have them submitted we’re the only 2 ppl to know it. Do something!
CM Ghost Redzar: I have seen you on IRC a few times, but that was allL You told me you have an idea for a new squadron banner. Well let me see it!
LCM Arcadius Calidus : Please make up your mind Vulc! I’ve been patient enough. If for the next week I don’t hear from you I will have no choice but to get you off this roster one way or the other. Don’t make me do it!
