Commander's Corner:

-First things first. Happy birthday to me. Ok now on with the report. We have done well this past week. Everyone has contributed to the RPG with a few exceptions and you have all done a good job on your writing. Keep up the good work. I want to issue you guys a little challenge. I challenge everyone to raise their FCHG rating by one before I do. I have 139 points to go. Let's see if you can keep up with your old commander. AY! DO MANI!!!


XO's Thoughts:
Great job on getting the WC's own! Well done and keep up the good work! I also wish to remind everybody that August 1st is the start of my dual competition (graphics/sound). Either part of the competition can earn you a nice medal. So participate in it! Participate participate participate!!! There's two months time!


TAC Report:
Alright! With the departure of LT Klar, we are down to 8 pilots, but up to 27 citations! Whoohoo! Only XWA TC battles 23, 28, and 29 are not there, so fly those to give us the full 30! Also, if there are TC battles we have citations for, but you haven't flown them yet, fly 'em! That way, if anyone leaves, we can keep our citations! After you're finished with that, just work on IW, DB, FCHG, and CAB battles. IGNORE THE FREE MISSIONS. They are there primarily for ppl who have already flown evey battle, and we cannot get citations for them. Plus, it's a hassle for CM Jensen to BSF a pilot file when it's only for one mission anyway :) Keep up the good work!

Squadron News:

-Congrats to the entire squadron for making WC's own for the month of June! I want to thank you guys for making my first month as CO turn out better than I hoped.
-LT Klar was AWOL'ed this week. This is not something I wanted to do but I was left with no choice. Remember all it takes is an email or message board post to keep you from getting an AWOL strike.
-We have started our RPG. If you do not have the profiles or what has been written so far email either myself , Dufar, or Brosky.
-LCM Serge Broskopf is my XO. Please cc him on all squadron related things except pilot files.
-LT Dufar Jabar is our TAC officer. He will be emailing you with battle request. This is to help us gain citations. And yes, even the commander will be recieving battle assignments as well.This is a request not an order, but it is for the good of the squadron.
-The leader in the most LoC's comp is LT Dufar Jabar! Excellent work man. LT Snnijglau is in a close second and your commander is in last. We are the only ones curently with any LoC's this month.
-I would like to implement some squadron officers to help make us more active. If you are intrested in being the recruitment officer for Mantis email me and we will talk about it.
-We are back up to 27 citations. Thanks to those who are responsible for this increase.
-Pilot of the week is LT Krayt. Congrats man!!! Your bar tab is on me this week.


Wing/Ship News:

- The WC has started a competition for squadron histories so any of you that are good with fiction(Brosky and Dufar) may want to give it a shot.
-Top Dog has been suspended until the new WC takes over in Augest.
-LC Ekim had resigned as WC effective July 31. This is due to RL issues from what I can gather. I hate to see him step down, I believe that he has done a good job with a difficult position. All intrested pilots need to send their application to VA Leeson, LC Ekim and AD Cyric.
-Broky has gotten approvel for his competition. Here is the link for details.
