ISD Vanguard, Somewhere in the outer rim....
The entire Wing was gathered in their best dress in the main hanger. Vice Admiral Leeson took the podium and made a short speech, after which the former Wing Commander, and decorated Scorpion officer Ekim Yellek stood up and called Lt. Col. Tarkin forward. After another small speech, Tarkin was presented with the 6 pointed gold star of the Wing XV commander. He then motioned for (at the time), Lieutenant Andrew to come forawrd and recieve command of Scorpion. After being pinned with the Commander Star, and the respective rank, Andrew returns to his pilots, faces them, salutes, and orders them to the ready room....
Ok, enough with the bad fiction ;)
-Squadron News-
- New CMDR (me!). Obviously, send all your pilots to be BSFed here, and feel free to give me any questions, my office is always open :)
- I have decided to keep Alec as XO for the time being. He has been the most active member of the squadron.
- Activity is horrible. Guys, you joined the fleet for a reason. I'm not asking for 10 battles a week, but some general activity; stuff like posting on MBs,
emails, and coming on IRC a bit is just as good! I count all types of activity equally.
- I'll be out of town from the 13th-20th, so Alec is in charge. I don't expect much to happen, and I'll be sending a mail before I leave.
- LAST BUT NOT LEAST! TOP DOG ROUND 2! XWA-TC 25, to be flown by the 15th. I haven't gotten a single sumission yet, so please fly! This is a top
priority!

FM/LCM Victor Kage - On Vacation for 2 weeks.

-I'm going to get in contact with some other squadrons about a competition. I'm also considering an FCHG race, if people are interested.
