hey mates!
i'm exhaused, so forgive me that this report will be as simple
and
short as it's possible. it's 35C (in shadow) here and i cant
even get any
sleep. cold shower doesnt help. even ice-cold beer doesnt help
(can you
imagine???).
ok - to bussines. this week (as it happens often lately) is a
week with
very little activity. only three pilots (including me) fly. it
happens.
i wont cry or shout. take your time and get some strenght for
further
tasks.
some of you might noticed that Santa came to town early this
week. some
medals have been given and maybe there will be more when our
Flags will
examine our MSE for June (yeah - i have to confess that it was
my MSE
which came with over 20-days delay. sorry again, guys!).
-i just finished July MSE. it doesnt look well...
look at the "STATS" section...

-our "help Repulsor finish TIE-TC #62" competition still is on.
heh. to be honest - i seriously doubt if anyone complete this.

only to our squadron, but to whole Wing (Odin is low on pilots).
-sadly i noticed that contact with some of you is very hard to
keep.
our MG is inactive. why? remember that i'm very happy to see
anything
from you (sorry if you get an impression that only BSFs :))) ).

about anything (even non-TC/EH related matters). by that kind of
communications our live in Crusader. your co-pilots will no
longer be
only a name on the roster, but a live person. i encourage you to
get in
touch with other pilots. lets make our live better!
-hmm...as most of you know - this is my first CMDR position, so
i'm
quite green. many of you might have ideas to improve our
squadron and
maybe give me some hints. if you have any suggestions or
critics -
dont hasitate to mail me! trust me - i'd like to be a good CMDR.
but
i wont get any better without any comments. if you dont like my
performance,
then give me a chance and tell me what is wrong. i assure you
that i wont
be forever your CMDR and i'd like to learn as much about running
the squad
as i can. this includes changes of nicknames/mottos etc.
so please - mail me about anything.
-today i sent (in time this time :P) MSE. please mail me if you
think
you should get any medals or promo. i'll examine this matter and
Flags and FO for aprovals. if you think you deserve anything -
mail me.
-i really would like to get this Med Off project going, so from
now on -
send me battle reviews (write how did you pass a battle and add
some hints).
of course it's optional. i know that in many battles this would
be senseless,
because they're extremly easy :). but still - you could help
other pilots
pick easiest battle, so we'd get more citations. for every 10
battle reviews
i'll award ISM.
-and the last thing - when most of you will get back i'll give
you
individual tasks (like - which course to complete/battle to fly
etc.).
i want this squad to get as active and exceptional as it can be.
