Mesa back!
Yes after brief stint as manager of my department at work I am back to my normal position and ready to get Rav up and kicking into the best squadron in the EH!

Squadron News

Ok are strength is now up to 8 but of that only 5 are active and have reported in so I have now have sent out the final warning mail (this) if you have not reported into me yet then you will not be in the squadron next week.

Simple as that, bag and baggage out, don’t come back: P

On the other hand we would love to have you stay if you are willing to be part of the team, this mail has been sent direct to all of your mail addresses so no one has any excuses.

On the other hand I do have another couple of members who are thinking of joining so we do not have to worry too much about are active strength dropping too far.

The first order of the squadron is still to get us up to full active strength but slowly but surely that is starting to happen.

I also want to start something I have run in all of my squadrons, which is a leadership program all of the members who have served under me who have wanted to get a Commander position have but if you want my recc. You have to prove you can lead and this means that you have to take over the squadron under my supervision for a week so if you are interested then let me know.

Competitions

This week!

This week we go back to a more normal competition and it’s a flying competition!

For next Saturday fly XvT DB 1, the highest score gets an Iron Star – Bronze Wings and gets to be the pilot of the week for the squadron!

New Flight Leader is now… ZACK!

He has been one of the most active members since joining and therefore he gets the open Flight leader spot!

I am currently reviewing activity and my recommendations for rewards for active members will be sent in next week

Other Activities

I have started to mail out to cadets but this is always going to be very much hit and miss but it is something I will keep doing.

Another thing we need to do is get the squadron name on the recruitment board so everyone please go and start threads on the message board!
