Odin Squadron Weekly Report - Date: August 16th, 2002

Greetings, I trust that this was a most pleasant week. For me it was quite active in RL and very funny in EH. Allow me to remind you about LT Yoda’s thread collecting time zones and platforms, this information will be most helpful to plan a comp to select names & mottos for all flights. I might be taking a leave next week. During this time the A-CMDR will be LT Malahk and XO CM JamieK. Submit all your battles as you normally do, I’ll be doing all BSFs the moment I return. Anyways, expect to hear about this soon. I invite you to check the Objectives Section to learn about Imperial Standards and possible ways to perform according to them. Some of you are failing to report, please try not to keep this trend. If you are going to be away, at least set your status for leave in your personal profile. I normally check those in order to learn about you guys. This week we weren’t quite active but I expect we will do better next week. Squadron News

·         2 Legion of Combat for CM Kelh: 2 LOCs during this week allowed CM Kelh to get a Copper Scimitar.

·         Medal of Instruction awarded to CM Kelh: LT Leper marked CM Kelh as his recruitment officer and thus CM Kelh was awarded a MoI.

·         COL Janson stepped down as WC: This week COL Janson resigned to his position of WC for WingXII aboard the ISD Greywolf given RL reasons. He was a good WC while performing his duties.

·         WingXIII is looking for a new WC: After the resignation from COL Janson, the position for WC of WingXIII is open for applications. If you feel you have the proper requirements for the position consider applying for it.

Citations

This week you will notice our citations gone. Don't worry for it is because of the increased head count into Odin Squadron. On this matter LT Pickled Yoda created an Excel Workbook that aims to help the squad obtaining new citations. Please email him with the battles you flew during your EH Career so we can figure where to aim our efforts. In addition, posting into the thread that collects all timezones and game platforms would be good.

Squadron Objectives

• Active Roster: This was a slow week, but I’m sure we shall do better next week. I’m sure of that!.
• Activity: The current standing orders establishes 2 MP matches (or Battles) for FLs and 1 for FMs per week. But any kind of activity will be welcome. I’m on every day, maybe we can go to the EHCOC to look for some brawling!.
• Feedback: Ok. I’ll be starting a comp soon, be ready to drop some feedback.
• Recruitment: There are 5 free spots into the squadron. It would be great to find them all filled, not because I'd love to see a full roster, but because it allows us to try more fun ideas. Plus there's a recruitment competition, so it's a good time to shine ;).
• Reporting: I write the WSR (this report) every Friday at 21:00 (GMT-4). For this I use the Flight Reports, so I expect them into my inbox for that time. If something gets in the way I will always send a mail stating the date to issue the WSR. I recommend that all Flight Members to agree a date and time of the week with their respective FLs (if you are in Flight 1 you will do this with me) to send their reports. FLs make sure your FMs are part of the Wolf Pack for them to receive the WSR.
