Alright well the transition has gone smoothly from Wing VI. Its good to be settled in to our new home. I have had the pleasure to hear from CPT Phoenix and LCM Drazzic thanks for responding to my message.
I got the XO to set up a message board for the squadron the link has been added to the Squadron Roster and is on the links section of this report. Feel free to have a good time on it.
I started a flying comp this week. Increase your FCHG the most and win a IS-BW. I have already noted your current scores so lets start seeing some plt files. I want to start getting some Unit Citations for the squadron.
I'm opening up the Flight leader positions. So if your interested in these spots send me a Reseme explaining your qualifications and how you plan to help improve the Squadron. I'm also looking for an XO. Unlike normal XO positions I will have duties for you to do. Recruitment Manager will be your primary duty. As well as assisting me in Moderating the Message board. More duties will come as I think of them. Of course as always dedicated work will be greatly rewarded.
Lets start working on Recruiting. It is uneceptable that the Flag Ship of the fleet should have to close a wing. I would like to have Zayin full in 2 months. If you have any ideas on how to get new membership please feel free to let me know.
I'm also looking to change the Squadron banner if I can get something better. I would also like to get a official banner made for my reports something Rectangular in shape. If there are any good graphics buffs out there please help me out.
