-The competition between Wing X and Wing XX continues! As always, here are the details for this comp, which does end on the 30th of this month:
Part I - Fly TIE FREE #219, XvT FREE #97, XWA FREE #102 for the SP portion! About half of the squad who can fly has sent me a entree for this, and so far we're looking pretty good :) We're starting to near the deadline, so try to get that file into me ASAP for those of you who haven't turned it in already okay? :)
Part II - Multiplayer flying in groups of 1v1 will be conducted in channel #asf. Props to Master who's competed in one of these.
Part III - Create a fiction dealing with a night of drunken behaviour where some of us Wing X pilots run into pilots from Wing XX, i.e. talk about our daily lives ;P
Part IV - A graphics competition in which a Wing X Cantina banner must be made, keeping in the spiritness of drunkness and such, as we all know that's all we here at the ISD Challenge do ;)
Remember, while only #219 is mandatory, it dosen't hurt to do the rest! Especially Part III for all you fiction writers out there :)
-The Tempest Run-on continues! Props to Master and newcomer Dirk Logan who posted this week! Let's keep this going guys, as it's turning out rather cool :)
-The Tempest Squadron Campaign of Dominance will begin anew in August. I'm still debating what squad to challenge first, so if you guys have any ideas or a CMDR friend who'd be intrested, give me an email and I'll work out the details :)
-Recruit! I hear a couple of you(*cough* Ammy *cough* Chris) have been working on this, so good job guys :) Keep up the effort and hopefully we'll see a few new faces in here soon :)
-Well before I point out anything, let me welcome back an old friend of mine and returning Tempestation, Captain Amadeo :D
-Second, it appears the powers that be awarded COL Master and I a Silver Star, which was... a surprise to say the least ;P But quite the pleasant one at that :) Personally I need to thank all of you, because while I have been rather active as of late, it's only a reflection of what you guys do. Your activity encourages me, and makes me strive to be a better CMDR for you, so as always I found myself indebt to each and every one of you :)
-Third, it appears Tempest dominated the Wing X Morale comp >:) I hope you all enjoyed the plugs written about you. Congrats to myself and Chris who took home 1st and 2nd place in the comp respectively, and a major noticable mention to Dirk Logan, who like me wrote a plug on every member of Tempest. He's been given a ISM as a small thank you for being such a considerate guy ;)

-Chris has been doing some seriously cool images lately, so I'm going to start using them in reports and such. Maybe even for amuesment one day I'll go digging up in the archives and find some real works of art, like ECR image submissions by our own COM and Paintbrush extrodinare, RA Sephiroth ;)

Personally I find it hard to think of Inferno without thinking of Calv, so it is my hope that he'll return to the squad again soon, because I think anyone who's really known his service in Inferno Squad can agree he's always been quite a large part of what that squad is.
