Report Number five!

Once again Storm has not really lived up to it's name with less then great activty from everyone :(

The only brightspark once again is LT. Black Smith who once again has been doing things.
For deadacation to your squadron I am promoting you to Flight leader. Congrats and keep up the good work!

Squadron Plans
----------------------

AWOL check is now over and only myself, Flech and Black Smith will be remaining in the squadron. Roland has already been requested to move the rest will be as soon as the Database allows. If anyone wants to stay please let me know NOW!

That's the admin side of it all done. The squadron is in pretty bad shape I will not lie to you it is going to take a lot of work to get it in to a truly efficitve fighting force and prizes like top squadron in the wing are unlikly at the moment. Here is my stadged plan to try and improve the squadron. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know I always welcome input and I tend to reward it as well.

1. Check current roster and make sure everyone who is on it wants to be on it. DONE!
2. Check activty of said members to make sure they are an credit to Storm. DONE!
3. Gain new members via every legal means allowed. INPROGRESS
4. Sort out the postion of Flight Leaders via activty system.
5. Sort out Webpages/Message boards

How I am going to do all this, well I have to have some secrets!

Ok the next stage is to get new members!

We only have three active people so we need more if you are willing to help in this mail me :)
I have been mailed lots of cadets this week and I even got a response from a number of them I will be stepping this up this week and I will also be on the Zone looking for new members any help in this matter is always good.

Orders
======

In this section I will explain my orders for the next week.
There are three sets of orders :- Alpha, Beta and Gamma.

Alpha Orders = Orders which MUST be followed. Faliure to obey these orders will result in you being ejected from the squadron.

Beta Orders = Orders which you really should be obeying but if you miss it once a while I am not going to cry about it.

Gamma Orders = Orders which are up to you to follow. You do not have to do any Gamma orders but if nothing else this is a great way to prove to me that you derseve a reward (medal/promo/cookie)

Without futher ado here are this week's orders I have tried to keep them brief as you do not have long to do them. (all orders must be completed by Tuesday)

Alpha : No Alpha orders this week

Beta : Do something... Anything!

Gamma : Mail Pred and offer to help him get new pilots!

Thoughts of the CMDR

At least we now have three people who are in the squadron which is a good start. From this point on things will improve but they can only do that with YOUR help! The squadron is more then just one man so even if you are normally not active this is a time of trouble where I expect everyone to help in what ever way they can be it big or small I am counting on you all I know you will not let me down.
We REALLY Need new blood so I am asking for help from any members of the ATF to come and help Storm get new members!
