Crusader has a two-week competition (11/13/01 - 12/7/01) starting today. Pilots will fly and complete XvT-IW-27 (which no one has completed yet). Highest Score wins a Iron Star - Bronze Wings.
VA Mell has been slected as TIE Corps Battlegroups Commander.
WoWs are on, so go kick some arse in the Zone for the EH !!!
RA Smitrock resigned as Subjudgator Commodore due to RL.
Congrats to RA Absolut Vodka, the new Colossus Commodore; and LC Drake, the new Wing VIII Commander.
There are now 2,000 mission in the Mission Compendium !! `Tis a lot of flying to do !!!
Two competitions to take notice of:
1) An IS-GR is up for grabs for thsoe who can guess the Newsletter cover up at: http://www.kawolski.com
2) An EH-wide "Design a Bad Guy" contest http://www.imperialacademy.org/comps/badguy/.
We lost two pilots this week: CPT Falcon and LT TK-7986.
Congrats to CPT Hev who got high scores for IW-XvT-27 !!

Squadron Commander’s Goals

Everyone should complete one sp battle or mp competition.
Everyone in the squadron to complete TC-XvT- 1 throught 18
Everyone to be seen on mIRC #WingXIII
The Squadron to have a full roster of 12 pilots
Everyone to compete in the one MP Event per week
Everyone to complete XvT-IW-27 by Dec. 7th
Everyone try to recruit at least 1 pilot to Crusader

Miscellaneus

We lost two pilots this week which boosted our citation count to 61. Right now my primary goal is to get some more experienced members in Crusader and keep who we have as active as possible. We are entering tough times ahead so have faith and stick together and we will be ok in the end.

Once again, remember our current competition. You have two weeks to do the best you can on XvT-IW-27, so I should get a battle from everyone. I plan to have more comps like this as new XvT battles are released, so you'll be encouraged to fly them ( plus if everyone flys it for the comp we'll get a citation for it )

And remember to stick to our theme and name your starfighters "Sword of ____ " as you see fit.
