Tactical Manual updated to version 1.5. The Tactical Manual has been updated to reflect the changes in submissions procedures and requirements, and in the internal structure of the Tactical Staff

EH Domain updated
Grand Admiral Ronin has updated the EH Imperial News Center with news on the latest fleet news and other Star Wars info.
EH Ladder Reopens!
After a long downtime, the result of a massive recode, the EH Ladder is back up.

New SCOA Sought
We are now looking for a new SCOA again. The main duties will include searching the various SW related sites looking for slicing related news and testing of various patches and programs. Having working knowledge of slicing the X-wing series is a big plus and the DF series is even a bigger plus but neither is needed. Our WC Major Absolut Vodka has had a lovely bouncing baby girl. This happened on Wednesday the 5th.

COMPETITION NEWS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Competition with Tempest started on the 29th. FREE TIE #24 needs to be flown. So far myself, Phalk, NightGrue and Wysseri have flown, Trowa has sent something in and i believe it is the correct mission. The mission is attached, so go FLY FLY FLY!!! This competition ends on Saturday, yup that's the 8th and that's also TODAY. The scoring is set so that if you don't take part then your score is zero. This will then bring our average down for the whole squad, and probably make us lose. So 100% participation is needed guys!!!! Tempest are known for having full or almost 100% particpation for each competition.

2. ECR is here again, be ready to create graphics, fiction and to fly a battle or mission. Latest news is that is has to be based on the Imp Storm. We need 100% participation in this one so the whole ship gets extra points, the Col can then be once again crowned winners. Draw some little stick men if needed. Though in the fiction and graphic it is best if the whole Battle Group is used so be sure to mention the other Wings or to draw extra men :P

3. Go download mIRC, and come online and chat to me or anyone else on the Col. We're all lovely people so don't be scared :P you might even get some gossip.

A competition with Shield Squadron is in the pipeline.

STANDING ORDERS

Yes, they have finally been made official. So anyone basically not following them are subject to being removed.

1. I expect all FMs to contact their Flight Leaders at least once a week, either by email, ICQ or IRC etc.

2. I expect everyone to participate in all competitions, except when there is a clash with important RL events, i.e. exams, illness etc
3. I want everyone to fly at least one battle or two free missions a week, alternatively you can create graphics, write fiction or create missions as long as the effort is the same as flying a battle or mission. Competition TFRs count as double, so you only need to fly one free mission if it's for a comp.

4. Flight Leaders - You will report to me at the end of each week detailing which of members of their flight have or haven't reported in and what they've done during the past week. Also, you will pass on to me any TFRs, fiction, graphics etc. you receive from your pilots.

5. Flight leaders - You are expected to be an example to your flight members and should typify what they are trying to become. I expect regular contact from you and input into how the squadron should be run and any changes that could be made for the better.

It doesn't take long to fly 2 free missions, you can even do it on easy if you must, you only need to fly on hard when it's a comp and scores are important.
