However, you all know that my love for the VAN is why I stuck around to create Phalanx. Well now I have found a mission, my first was to create the BEST squadron in the ASF, that I did. Now it is to make the VAN the best ship, and that I will. I am placing command in the hands of my trusted right hand man and true friend Blair Vallyn (Andy). I hope my departure will not hasten any departures of you from this group, cause if that happens I will be back in a flash to whip you all back into shape. I am leaving for Python, so I will be just down the corridor. My ideal Python is one that is a team with Scorpion, a real team I mean. I am still going to hang out in #Phalanx, as I am still the founding member. Also Python will join Phalanx sometimes in competition and missions, fiction and the like. So I just want you to know, I am not abandoning you guys, and I never would. So, my goal which is why I am temporarily leaving for Python, it is for this reason. I have been a part of the greatest team in the ASF I am going to make the best wing in the ASF. So by mid-january I want this wing to have 74 members. That's every position on the boat filled. And because of YOU and me, it's going to happen. For the glory of the Empire, and for the VANGUARD!”

..is only allowed in case of a bug preventing the mission from being completed, which is extremely rare. From now on I will strictly apply the current cheating policy, and I will cancel any BSF with some mission skipped where 1/ there is no mention of a bug or 2/ for which no bug report has been submitted (which are to be submitted before submitting the pilot file), without any notification (until the database supports such a nice feature); the concerned battle or mission will be simply removed from your combat record. Furthermore, I am seriously considering forbidding skipping missions for ANY reason, as I have noticed too many abuses of this policy. If a mission has got a high score, maybe should you consider the possibility that someone did complete it and thus that the mission can be completed.

Hey guys, I just wanted to put some final thoughts here. I think you guys are great. I am actually somewhat emotional(TC wise, as i've never had a nicer squad, but not emotional in RL :P) that I am leaving this team, this family in TC.So yes, what's next? well I am going to Python, and I am taking CPT Damon Kast with me. I hope. I need a veteran to help me start it up and I hope Damon will be that man. Anyway welcome our newest member, it was my legacy to get this man into scorpion, LC E Tarkin. Welcome my dutch fellow, I hope you enjoy Scorpion. To Blair: you know this group, you helped build this group. Now this is not a group you can order about. I would like every pilot to either compete in one MP event or one single player battle per week to get citations for the squad, this is to get to our goal of 50 by December 1st(this is 20 away not that hard, also when we get there i was promised PC's by our WC, Maj Leeson).
