CMDR’s Thoughts:
Since it that time of the year again, I will forgo the usual complaints about activity and so forth. Instead I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and be safe if you’re traveling! After Christmas I will be working on finalizing a couple of competition ideas, so check your inbox and the Asp MB regularly for new information. So I expect everyone to follow this simple order during the holidays: Have fun and stay safe! Merry Christmas Asp and Wing XIV!!J
Recruiting
It is more important than ever that we start to focus on recruiting new pilots for Asp. Remember, aside from the glory of helping your squadron gain new pilots, you can also receive a Medal of Instruction (MoI) for assisting a trainee through training! Lets get busy and find some new pilots!! ;)
New Home for Asp Webpage
Due to some problems with accessing the isd-intrepid.org server, I moved the Asp homepage to a private account I have at: http://wilstriker.crosswinds.net/asp. Please update your information accordingly. I’m not sure yet if this is going to be the permanent home since my new Cable account provides free webspace. Since I have to host both the Asp and my DB House sites, it will depend on whether my new account has enough space available to handle these two large sites. :P
LC Wil Striker’s new Addy
As I mentioned above I now have Cable access! This is great news because it means I can finally start doing some MP flying with the rest of the Wing! It also means that I have a new email addy: wilstriker@cox-internet.com so be sure and update your email address books accordingly. ;)

Squadron Commander’s Orders:
Ø All pilots that have not yet reported in to LC Striker need to do so immediately!
Ø All pilots must try to attend the weekly Wing XIV meeting on mIRC channel #wingxiv at 1500 HRS EST.
Ø All pilots are required to dress in the new Standard Duty Uniform during duty hours, and acquire the new Ceremonial Dress Uniform for special occasions. If you are unable to create your own uniform contact LC Striker ASAP and he will make you a new uniform.
