SQUADRON NEWS:

- My first 2002 report. Hope this year will be good to Phantom squadron and full of glory.
- And the year starts well already! I got promoted to Major! Drinks on me this week :)
- Our comp against Daleth squadron is looking good so far. Mark and Nuno already flew all the required missions, me and Deimos flew one so far, and Urza promised to give his on 9th January. No sign from Ezop though.
- I hope to see an increase in activity next week, since I see you're loosing the power you had during the ECR :P
- Information : when Jari went on leave, he didn't turned the leave status on at his TC personnel record, and I haven't got replies from some of you to who I sent mails. You MUST report your leave at the TC database, just click in Admin, put your PIN and password, and change your profile accordingly, unless the leave is less than 4 days, in which case I think it's unecessary.
- Pilot hot and heavy: Nuno was extremely active this week. Although he's no High score grabber, he's flying TC battles like hell, all by order, and got two medals accordingly. See, that's what I expect from new pilots coming here, and from those of you who have few XWA battles on your record.

SQUADRON STATUS:

- Comp against Daleth squadron: Everyone must fly XWA-Free 14 and XWA-Free 18 and give me the plt files by the 10th of January. Remember, no flying means 0 points in the average, a heavy blow.
- Phantom website: Anyone who's interested should create a new website for Phantom squadron, following the requirements I previously described. Once the homepage is done, zip it with all the relevant files and send it to me and leonlj@telia.com. CM Spearhawk will assist me in choosing the best one. Any form of program can be used in its creation.
- Rise up and blend in: It's bad to see our message board so empty, and a shame to see that outside ppl like Spearhawk and Darksaber must step in to lighten it up! That message board is there for you to use it and communicate between yourselves, and it's a place where ppl (including recruits) can see just our active we are. You should stick around at #isd_immortal , it's a good place for having fun, challeging wing mates for XWA online, and getting tips.
