CMDR Goad sat at his desk and stared at the pile of datapads in front of him. He had a headache and could think of plenty of better things to be doing. But report time was coming up and he had to get these done.
Goad pressed a button on his desk and the voice of his secretary came over the comm.
“Yes sir?” the female voice said.
“Send in the rest of the datapads, I might as well finish them all tonight,” ordered Goad, “Any contact from the missing pilots?” he asked.
“None as yet sir,” replied the secretary, “I will notify you if there is any change in the situation.”
“Thankyou,” Goad signed off the comm. and grabbed the first datapad on his desk, a BSF for LT Optimus.
Goad settled down in his chair and started to work.
