Tornado Weekly Report #4

Introduction
Okay, funny story...while away at Uni I had quite a mad night out. I left a night club after drinking a couple of pints, a few aftershocks, several cocktails, a brown ale and a few cherry vodka drinks. It was around about 2 o'clock in the morning and I was with over a dozen mates. Walking down the main high street in Middlesbrough we came across a shopping trolley by a shop window.
There was only one thing to do...
I climbed into the trolley and allowed people to push and spin the trolley. With so much alcohol in my system it was great fun. Until...
...The trolley went leaned over and crashed me into the cold hard concrete of the pavement. With a mightly thump my mouth got a direct hit with my watch smashing my left-front tooth in half, chipping another tooth, brusing my gum and getting a small piece of tooth stuck in my lip (I still need to get that out).
The moral of the story is...have fun everyone! Dentistry is very advanced in this day and age, and I'm probably going to end up having and even nicer smile than I had before in two weeks time.

Fly TIE-FREE #188 before Tuesday 22nd January. We're up against the Brat Pack in this first round, so lets stuff them and show the fleet how good we are.
Tornado Vs. Panther Squadron
Fly TIE-FREE #182 before 26th January. Top Pilot receives an IS-BW. Squadron score is decided by weighted averages, so we need full participation to win.
Poster Competition
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create a poster promoting Tornado Squadron for use in the EH Newsletter. The best one submitted will earn the creator an IS-BR. You have until 31st January to send in your work if you want it to be judged in this competition.

Following the resignation of MAJ Spencer earlier last week, a new Wing Commander for Wing XIX has been selected: Congratulations to Major Enahropes Entar.
Open Positions
- FA Priyum Patel
There are currently two positions open in the TIE Corps to applications from the general membership.
The first of these is the position of Wing I WC. Applicants are expected to be able to meet the WC requirements as listed in the Training Manual. In addition, familiarity with both TIE and XWA is required, as well as absolute reliability. All applications should be sent to Fleet Admiral Priyum and Vice Admiral Proton with Wing I Application in the subject of the email.
The second position is that of Praetorian Commander. Applicants are expected to meet all the usual requirements of the Squadron Commander. Some experience as a Commander is essential. Membership in the Intel Division is not required, but as PraeCMDR, you will be expected to work with them. Remember that Praetorian is an Elite Squadron, and as such, a high standard will be required from those interested. Applications for this position should be sent to Fleet Admiral Priyum and Rear Admiral Jordynn with PraeCMDR Application in the subject of the email. Good luck.

- Post on the Message Boards more often. Pay particular attention to the Tornado MB! There are loads of the things at http://www.tiecorps.org/mb/ and http://mb.ehnet.org/
- Recruit!!!
- Give me some BSFs to do. We still only have 2 citations and I really want to see that shoot up.
