Nemesis Squadron Report

Well,
after getting 12 members for 3 days, we are now down to 10, LCM Daviriv Rracall transfered to Ravager Squadron to support CPT Falcon. But we didn`t loss only LCM Rracall. My friend, CM Death Knight, Flight Leader of Flight 2 and Executive Officer of Nemesis got an invitation for Avenger Squadron, and after we talked about this, he will follow the invitation.
Those two losses keep a deep hole in Nemesis, LCM TK-7764 is assigned as new Flight Leader of
Flight 3, congratulation ! Flight Leader of Flight 2, well this is something special, i want to say that LT Slyth, LT Dash Rendar and LT Iceman were in the inner circle, all of you three deserve this position, but i have only 1 to give, if it would be approved, i would set 2 other flights for you :P
After a really sleepless night, i give this position to LT Slyth. I want to say it again, this was one of the hardest decisions i did, but congrats to you Slyth.The main reason wasn`t the activity, you all show a very excellent activity, but i need someone i can catch on IRC and poke him there :P Thats the main basic stuff.
Other things, LCM TK-7764 is not longer to address as 9 of 12 :P, he made clear that his name is Hawk of Storms, or just Hawk :P Several other things happened, Kraken Squadron is open, Wing XX is at 38 members and rising like the sun, as Nemesis !!!
You did a great job, your activity was an example for the whole wing, i only see the problem, that this was the activity of only some, see in the activity part who did well ! Oh yes, if you write mails, do not longer address all as "guys", SL White Sakura is a female Pilot, so choose your words a bit carefully !
If i hear anything from you that is not "political correct", i will get in personal contact with you, and believe me, i win :P
Dash and Slyth submitted me several ideas for improving things, and i must say, excellent work !
We will do following changes from the 1st February on:
Flight Members of Flight 2 and 3 will report their activitys to their Flight Leaders
- nothing big, just a short overview what you did, like "flew XWA-TC xyz" and so on
Flight Leaders of Flight 2 and 3 will calculate the SoM Points for their Flights
- take the statistic from this report, i want to involve you two as good as i can in the leading stuff
Hawk and Slyth, i will address you two in a seperated mail for this stuff.
I also wish, that if you have any ideas or comments, mail me !!!
I`m also not for long in this business, DK helped me a lot on my way through the stuff but no that he is not longer in Nemesis, we need to find another way to handle this things.
Mainly, i need an Internet Officer, someone who have the control over the Nemesis Homepage, who updates the page everytime when it needs one.
