Hornet Squadron Report for 02/08/02

CMDR Goad strode into the ready room of platform Daedalus. Hornet was starting to look thin on the ground and he had a hunch it was going to get thinner.
Several heads turned in his direction as he entered. Several cadets immediately reacted and stood to attention. Others were slower to react and took a while to register what they should be doing.
Goad looked around and gave a nod to each of the cadets.
One of the Daedalus staff came up to Goad looking nervous, "Er, sir?" he said hesitantly, "You know you arnt allowed to actively recruit here."
"I know," replied Goad coldly,"I was looking for a friend of mine."
Goad used the force to subtly influence the thought processes fo the young officer.
"Very well sir," he said.
"You may leave me now," said Goad with the same coldness as before.
The officer immediately turned and walked away from Goad, leaving the Hornet CMDR standing alone.
Goad smiled and decided it was time to get to work.

Id still like to stress completing XWA-TC Battles 1-4
if you havnt already. These are the basic battles and
I know they are really diffcult so i dont want to set
them for a competition.

Ill be starting a trivia competition their shortly. If anyone has any other ideas about stuff we could do on there then e-mail them to me.

We lost another pilot this week. After some discussions with other flag officers Commodore Leeson has decided to remove LT Oxxider from Hornet. THis means we are down to 8 pilots. So I want you all to have a go at recruiting someone. Do whatever you think will work. Try visiting the gaming zone and advertising us there or something.

You will have noticed that Oxxider's departure has given us 2 more citations. I want us to hang on to these so if possible I want you to all complete the battles that we have citations for if you havnt already. Obviously some of you wont have XvT so you cant complete that oine but you should all be able to complete the XWA ones.
