We have a real problem on our hands men. Activity was in a major slump this last week, and I really don't understand why. I need to see a lot more out of everybody, and yes that includes myself. The very fact that we have 3 men with a possible AWOL message is horrendous. I had hoped to have positive feedback for this week, but there is this on my mind. Flight leaders especially, I need to see a lot more BSFs in my mailbox, along with some LoC messages hopefully. If you try for an LoC, let me know, that is activity too.

On a higher note, our own LT Narnil has the most individual points on the Vanguard! Yeah for him, please send him a congratulatory message, he has worked hard to achieve that.

Reminder, Monthly Squadron Evaluations are coming up, don't let the month end on a low note, please perk up the activity. It makes it a lot easier to ask for your promotions when I can show them what you are accomplishing. Go get em guys, I know you can do it
